We have been going to this Establishment for years and we have NEVER had service like this before!! We paid $32 + a generous tip unfortunately before looking inside my car (MY MISTAKE) and realized that they only vacuumed the right side of my car, but only the front and 2nd row. The 3rd row was completely untouched. I even told the gentleman that there was bits of trash underneath the seats and his response was NO PROBLEM! Apparently there was! The original husband and wife owners were fantastic. They greeted you by name and cared about your satisfaction. The new owner does not. My car never comes back cleaned and most recently I got an exterior only wash. It was $25 and the exterior was still dirty with a few streaks of tree sap. The manager told me it would require solvent to remove. I showed him how with just a rub of my thumb I could take off. He responded he could do it for an additional $10. The rims were only half cleaned with black stuff still all over them, extremely poor vacuum job, there was still leaves in the windshield area, left smears all over the dashboard, left their hand prints on the windows, left their rags on my car and passenger mirror was pushed out of place, ect ect. I’ve been coming here for four years now and they always treat me like family. They do a great job cleaning the inside of the car, I used to do it myself but I just got tired of it. The monthly plan are a great deal. If you find any issue with the car service, they will definitely work on it immediately to fix it. Jose the on-site manager is pretty nice and on top of things. No company is perfect of course but they definitely do a great job!!
Car wash was ok however they only get 1 star because on a cold winter day they don’t turn on the heat inside, it is so cold inside that the poor cashier has to wear a heavy jacket because the thermostat is kept locked.
I pay for the membership every month and honestly, if I can, I go once every two months for my time and my car doesn’t stay dirty all the time. I bring it to clean it in my spare time and when I take it to wye they wash it, I hope they give me good service. The car is new and all the time they only clean it on the outside when they dry it, all the water drips on the inside. The carpets don’t clean them, well, they don’t vacuum them well, but the cars are luxurious, they even take out the carpets and lumo them outside, I think they have to exforsarce with all cars the same whether old new or luxury
Very unsatisfactory service, and wastage of money…. Waited 1 hour for my car to be cleaned up…. Rims were dirty, inside was still not cleaned properly. Water drop stains all over the car…. Should have used the Duckies across the road…. Would not suggest anyone
The outside of my car was clean enough but they hardly touched the inside. I have a dog and she goes with me, always of course her fur is all over my car. I would understand if there was some left but they didn’t even vacuum but very little of it. They didn’t even clean any of my back windows there is still a nose print on one. They used to put in more effort then this. Not to sure I’m going back.
