I went thru the wash on 06/05/2023 and bought a $10.00 wash. It didn’t even clean the bugs off of my windshield. I went back thru to get washed again and the 2 African American gentleman working was rude and disrespectful about the whole incident. They said that’s what the bug station was for, & I needed to use it. I told them that I only have one leg & that is not feasible for me to do that, & that is why I chose to come too this car wash. They proceeded to tell me they did not know what to tell me and that they wasn’t giving me a wash until I demanded to talk to the manager or get the customer service phone number which they did not supply me with so I got online found this website and tried to make contact. One of the gentlemen then came back and said he had spoke with the owner and that they were supposed to clean my windows and then run me back through the wash which happened but I should have never had to go through that when I told the gentleman that I had one leg they should have just rewashed my truck without any problems. I’d rate a zero if I could. Their boom leaving the car wash damaged my vehicle and they refuse to pay for it. Not only will they not take responsibility for their equipment, they still have yet to cancel my membership I have been requesting a cancellation for. I was just charged for a 2nd month today! Absolutely ridiculous. I’ll be taking this further.
Used to be the best automatic car wash in town, have been a customer since they opened. For the last 6 months or better there are several components of the car wash that don’t work and despite telling the attendees about the issues, nothing has been fixed. This leads to a terrible wash meaning i am wasting my time and money. With new car washes in the area i had high hopes they would understand the importance of making sure their facilities were on par, but unfortunately they are not. Looks like it may be time to switch.
***update*** the issues have been resolved and the car wash is back up to the quality they once were. the only reason that this isn’t 5 star is that it took a bad review to get the problem resolved.
Customer service wasn’t the worst I’ve ever experienced. Nobody was rude, there just wasn’t anyone to help me. I got the top wash I could pay for and the dust on the front bumper of my truck wasn’t even removed. It is not a lifted vehicle. 2022 Tacoma. There are still bugs on my headlights and windshield, as well as the side windows. I do not expect the same results as when I hand wash the truck, but taking a majority of the bugs off the grill would be nice. I am currently hand washing the truck after paying for it to be washed at the Sunshine location. Not a huge deal. It was also frustrating that the vacuums weren’t on when I tried to use them after a wash. If I am mistaken and the vacuums are supposed to be turned off at a certain time before they close I will admit I am mistaken; however, nobody was around to answer my question of if the vacuums were on or not. Which was frustrating at the time. They weren’t rude and they didn’t damage my vehicle, they just ignored me and didn’t really clean it. In my opinion not worth the money unless you need an undercarriage wash. I wouldn’t call this place awful, I just wouldn’t recommend this place to a friend based on customer service or the final product.
Excellent monthly deal…does a great job cleaning my cars outside. Plus I like that it sprays underneath to remove any salt. Free vacuums and towels to use to get that clean shine inside and out. You can sign up online and start going everyday.
