I have a monthly subscription for washes. Went to this location & during the wash I was hit repeatedly by the car behind me during the wash. My car is dented & scratched & the person behind me has damage as well. They say they’re not responsible & it’s ridiculous. How can they run a business like this? Just damage cars & say it’s your problem. Signs or not they are responsible & now because they’re not an upstanding business I’ll have to go to small claims court & it will be a huge ordeal.
The police were called & they said there were no moving violations & that the car wash is certainly responsible signs or not.

I noticed a lot of people saying it’s always busy and it seemed like the work was rushed, but during my visit there was only one car ahead of me. The wash itself was very good and I noticed they washed my mats off which I’ve never seen any other car wash do before. Only bad thing I noticed was there was some cleaning liquid droplets on my seats but after an hour it was all dried up and looked like nothing was there. **** my car is completely dirty and my mats are wet and semi clean. Vacuum service is mediocre – crumbs front , back and and my dashboard wasn’t wiped. Why pay extra if the employees aren’t going the extra mile or even the bare minimum. No one told me my car was done I was just waiting and they left the door open. If I haven’t paid any attention I would’ve been waiting for x amount of minutes. Just awful expensive and waste of money.

To start: they use a sprayer for the interior windows that left marks on my leather seats that I had to remove after, the sprayed my weather tech mats down and left them soaking wet in car on the BRAND NEW FLOOR, the leather seats are streaky, oily and look HORRIBLE … After I got to work and inspected the vehicle I was extremely upset I will never return here and I will never recommend this place. Me and my partner love the auto wash! We’ve had a membership for years and it’s so worth the money! There’s an option between self vacuuming indoors or outdoors. There’s unlimited towels for anyone to use on their vehicles. It’s always cleaned and organized. We’ve never had a bad experience!
I liked the idea of letting me dry and vacuum my own car – I’m sure it reduced (labor) costs; it also gave me the freedom to choose to spend lots of effort on spots that wouldn’t be practical for employees that are trying to just get done quickly. Great vacuum! I admire the ingenuity of coming up with an interactive screen that I pull up to, to select what kind of wash I want and then pay for it with a credit card – that also cut back on (labor) costs. I was only disappointed that they didn’t resupply my drying towels – but even that could be because I arrived at that station 5 minutes before closing! Overall a “thumbs up” – I intend to come back.
I bought the Ultimate wash but noticed I did not get the services (hot wax, buff shine) that I paid for as I was going through the wash. Went to info desk and took them 10 min to come talk to me, I voiced my concern and then they started helping customer behind me get a refund first. Finally getting back to me, they looked through video and said the queue got messed up and my car got the wrong wash. They claim this happens once every few days but I bet very few people would realize they got the wrong wash and not full services they paid for. If the queue is wrong then the whole line of cars got the wrong wash. I’m sure this happens much more often then they claim. People just aren’t realizing it. They wanted me to get back in the long
line of cars for the ultimate wash and didn’t want to give me the wash I paid for on another day. They didn’t value time, and had no compensation for their mistake other then eventually settling for the difference in the wash I got vs what I paid for. Unprofessional staff, After I said this experience makes me not want to come here again, was told “Don’t come again.”
Great car wash. I have never seen so many different cleaning machines. They also have an optional additional waxing section. They also provide in car services for a reasonable price. Their monthly club allows you limitless car washes.
