The pics. attached are at the exit of the South Broadway location. A previous customer took out the exit sign, and the manager left the base and four 1/2 bolts sticking up out of the curb. With the sign missing it is very easy to run over the curb as you can see by the tire marks over the curb. I admit I drover over the unmarked curb, I feel this is negligence of the property owner to mark a hazard. With that being said $1090.00 later and a phone call saying that they are not responsible I have cancelled my wash membership and will never put my vehicle on the property of these non responsible people.

This car wash has gone down hill. I was so disappointed in the wash I received. It was not worth the 15.00 I spent. My car is still dirty plus the vacuums were not working. He was extremely rude, disrespectful and dismissive when we noticed scratches all over the hood and roof of my Cadillac Escalade. Scratches that he claimed came from a tree, which doesn’t even make sense. He called my husband a liar and said he could guarantee it didn’t happen there, also no soap came out when my truck was being washed.
He stated the wash selection didn’t come with soap, only at the beginning. I don’t know what that even means. I don’t recommend you taking your vehicle here because if something happens you will not get a pleasant response from management. I do plan on getting my quotes and see what the outcome is. But definitely a one star experience.

I was a member of the Wash Club for a few months up until now. When going through the machine, I went through twice as I always do. When I was vacuuming my car and walking around while still there I noticed that my antenna from my car was missing. I asked one of the workers to check in the machine to see if it came off in there. I was informed that it did and it was blown off while I was going through the dryer part. I had never experienced this before and I’ve been there multiple times. They refused to take liability for it. I now may have to pay up to $700 for a new antenna and for someone to put it on.
Automated car wash with free vacs. Membership available for unlimited washes. I’ve used them a lot in the past and just today signed up for the membership. First month wound up being less than a single wash. Just don’t forget to take the painter’s tape off your back wiper
Didn’t clean my windshield completely and didn’t have complimentary cleaning supplies for interior. Vacuums could be better however, they’re membership prices are decently priced. I will probably find a different car wash once membership is up.
