I’ve been looking for a place that offers a basic full-service car wash ever since Paul and Bill’s in Aurora changed hands and went downhill. After going to this Fuller’s yesterday, I can say that this is not the place. The pricing is not straightforward on the screen when you drive up for the exterior car wash, and the clerk charged me $20 to wash 4 floor mats and then didn’t tell the workers to wash them. I almost left before realizing they weren’t done. Today I took my husband’s car to Tower Car Wash in Batavia, and they did his 4 mats for $5 total. Had to drive all the way back, since we noticed after we got home. Had tires rotated and never saw the truck get off the ground!! Don’t think that happened either. But charged $127 !! I signed up for carwash on a rental I had for 3 weeks.
When I signed up I specifically asked and told them it’s a rental and I want to sign up for just a month the lady who took my information said no problem we will just cancel it next month and it’s $9.99 for unlimited wash.
I signed up thinking it’s $9.99 but saw a charge for $14.99 on my card I really didn’t care extra $5 they changed me.
Here a month later I am looking @ my credit card statement and I see $34.99 charge!!!
I go to the store told the whole story the guy behind the register tell me the card was charged 4 days ago and nothing he can do but to just keep using the service I told him it was a rental I signed up just for a month and it’s supposed to be $9.99 to begin with he was not helpful cancel the membership but refused to refund.

Fast and easy, they make a subscription, also a free vacuum cleaner. And a really good price for washing a car… 3 $ is the cheapest one. Is better to in the daytime from Monday to Friday, during the weekend is a busy busy…
This is a great place to go for a monthly charge & Unlimited car washes. I would recommend the best car wash package tho because of the wax and polish that gets put on for protection against the salt. The only issue is the wait… they have recently extended the lines and have automated license plate readers. The far right lane is for monthly pass holders, but jerks will go in this lane anyways and hold up everyone else.
If they put a license plate scanner at the line entrance, it would be a lot better and cut down the wait time for monthly subscribers. Once this is done or another system is implemented to keep the monthly pass holders lane only for monthly pass holders I will up the rating to 5 stars.
Oh, also be sure to turn off your vents off or at least put on recirculate. The chemical smell is very strong and at least for me makes my eyes water and makes me feel a little nauseous…
Vacuums are self service. Car comes out clean, polished, and dry. No need to dry unless you really want to… but I don’t see the point if you have a monthly pass. You can go every day if you REALLY want to. I use my pass a few times a month. Enough to make it worth it. I try to go before 2pm and I avoid the weekends completely to avoid the lines. I do give this place credit for extending the lanes to prevent cars from having to wait in intersection to turn in. I used the vacuums once. They are fine. And no need to tip. Ever. The cars are dry when you exit, everything else is self service.
This is the BEST automatic car wash within a 30 mile radius. I’ve been going here for close to 10 years, and nobody compares. The wash arches do a great job, and the dryers are phenomenal. Always leave my car dry and clean! I had to move recently, and this car wash will be missed! Until they decide to build one where I’m at!
Very long wait, an hour in line!
Once in the wash, we were very close to the car in front of us (and I am sure, that close to the car behind us).
No verbal instructions, must put your car in Neutral!
Our car still had bird poo on it.

Not a bad car wash especially the monthly Jetbrite Pass would recommend, my only issue complaint would be the heat drying at the end of the car wash. It either doesn’t dry well and leaves water marks everywhere on the car or your to close to a car in front of you and all the water from that car gets sents on to your car when going through the heat dryers, other then that not bad.
