Went through their car wash and they peeled some of the paint off on the front of my car. When I brought it to their attention the manager reviewed the video and admitted that they did peel my paint and at first claimed that my car (2017 Toyota 4Runner) had a recall on the paint and that they also noticed paint chips already on the front. I showed them documentation from Toyota that my 4RUNNER does not have a paint recall. I also told them that those “paint chips” on my front are dead dried bugs that their wash did not get off. After calling out the manager on her lies and lack of accountability, she says that they aren’t responsible for cars older than 5 years old. So if my car was 4 years 11 months and 30 days old then it would be covered but not at 5. She said that they have signs that claim the same, but from where you buy your wash you cannot read the signs. I’ve always taken car of my vehicle and to see it in this shape is tough to swallow. Wow, they are great!
We have driven 1,800 miles from Alabama and we were covered in bugs.
The two in front really spent time cleaning front, sides before we entered the automatic wash.

Might I add that I have the Extreme Clean Plus monthly package. For the last couple months that we take my car through it never comes out clean. I have a new car and it is never muddy nor do I drive it on dirt roads, mainly in town and highway. The prices are a little higher then other places but the service is worth it. Everyone has always been friendly and the do take the time to make things right.There are plenty of vacuums on site. And I honestly love how the smell of the car wash fills the car and is a good smell. Not a musty like other places.

We purchased the Ultimate Wash for $30 and when we went to get our car dried off the lady said to go back through because the front still had bugs on it. The manager ended up giving us a free wash and sprayed it down himself and dried it himself. He asked us if we could go back through again because he wanted to get the tire shine right and gave us another free Ultimate Wash! My car should be shined up and ready for winter now lol. i have been a member for just around a month and i absolutely love it!! i would definitely recommend it to anyone and everyone!! i love the service i have received and the staff are soooooo friendly!! i just truly love being a member and plan to continue for months if not years to come!!
I probably wash my car too much… but it’s hard not too with the unlimited plan! Another bonus is that you can vacuum and wash your mats when you stop in
Typically a good experience, Did a great job of getting the bugs off the car after a long road trip. Only downside today was there were no clean towels to dry off my car. Had to track down an employee to get a couple.
We have a membership on both of our vehicles. It takes 2-3 visits to pay for the monthly rate, so that is worth it to us. The guys who work there are all very nice. If you have a problem, run through again. If you still do, say something! I was having an extra bad bug issue, and mentioned it. They worked hard to resolve it.
Stopped at wash paid for a Supreme wash, didn’t get front end sprayed or scrubbed like normal, came out other end and checked front, not cleaned. Talk to someone at check in, they had us come back thru with little spray for bugs and still not clean. Guess Sundays are not the day to go thru car wash. Also 5 guys standing at check in not doing much work.
