$48 gets you polished bugs. They are not allowed to wash the bugs from the windshield or front of your car. The interior wasn’t even cleaned well. I went to this establishment because it was convenient at the time. My car wasn’t even that dirty. The cleaning on the exterior was terrible and in the interior it was subpar at best. Wish I had read through the reviews before coming here. It was a waste of $50.
Overall if I could describe the result of my car wash in one word, it would be inadequate. I will not be returning.

I asked the manager what the charge would be to clean the just the inside of the front windshield (window) each time. The manager told me it $20 each time they cleaned the inside of the front windshield window. $80 a month to clean the inside of one window once a week!
I told him I’m a senior citizen and it’s a little difficult for me to reach the whole inside of the window. and I would just like to have a clean windshield. I told him somehow or other I never get the inside of my windshield as clean as at a car wash.
He said it’s $20 per week if we even touch the inside of your windshield.
So much for courtesy and good customer service. Very sad. I paid 42$ plus 10$ tip (which is stupid to tip before you see the job). The car wash did not wash well, and the guys detailing did as little as possible and not very well at that. The car seats weren’t wiped down, they did a fair job on vacuuming, but that’s the most I can give them.

Both times I washed my truck and both times the scrub brushes have been useless. Y’all need to replace them on a regular basis, what is the hold up. Everything else went well on the first visit, but on the second visit, there was barely any soap coming out of the brush to wash my truck with. Also, the arms that allow the l hoses to swing around were very stiff and hard to move. One sign says to swipe card for five minutes and must re-swipe for additional time. This sign is closer to eye level.Second sign says that when you swipe card you get three minutes and time will continue to run until you push button to stop. Services is great. Clean stuff. Personnel is care about cars. . Clean area. And vacumm works fine should improve hoose. I like it the most in gainesville.great location
1st time going the the facility and it was a very bad experience . Paid for the $16 wash that was suppose to include wheel and tire cleaner and no tire shine . Went thru the wash and truck was still dirty especially the wheels and wheel wells , and the front of the truck . I complained that my truck was still dirty and paid more than the basic wash option and the young male at the tunnel proceeded to tell me that they don’t have the ability to use pressure washers that are set up on either side of the tunnel on wheels or get brush any bug splatter off or dirt off before the wash . I told them every other car wash does a pre wash. They ran me thru the tunnel again and when I got out , left left tires had tire shine which I didn’t want and the right side had none. When I got home I had tire shine splatter all over the left side of my truck .
To go here for the first not knowing how it works, the staff was very very nice to walk me through it all, I really like this car wash this is one of the best ones I have found in Gainesville. The vacuum works well and my car was really clean. I wish that they had a mat cleaner or something like that but other than that I’m very pleased. Forgot to ask how to sign up for membership 😔.
Horrible!! Don’t do it!! $16 and my car and its rims came out dirtier than they went in. I have a 2023 Lexus, and I normally wash it at a different car wash once a week. I tried this place for its vacuums, but I regret it!
My rims were filthy after the wash, and the vacuums were barely usable!! I tried three vacuums and none of them had an attachment. The attachments were stuck in the holder of the vacuum, so instead you just have this big clunky circle that has no suction.
I asked a worker if he could get an attachment, and he said they don’t have anymore, and they don’t have a tool to grab the attachment that’s stuck in the holder. Never. Again.
We use Take 5 to keep our trucks clean! Highly recommend, recently I tried a new car wash on 13th street, not impressed I would not recommend anyone other than take 5 here in Gainesville!
