I visited Espinosa car wash at 12 o’clock on a Wednesday afternoon. It was a warm day so they were very busy with customers. I waited in line for about 20 minutes. When approached by an employee there inquiring about the services I needed he quoted me $100. After seeing the initial shock on my face and telling him that online a seat shampooing is listed at $58 he went down to $80. I personally feel like he thought he could hike up the price because I’m a woman. I paid the higher price because I had already waited so long and really needed the car cleaned. I may edit this later, if they follow through on a free re-do. I paid for an interior detail, and all that was done was cleaning of the floors, a quick vacuum, and possibly a wipe down? These was still stuff between the seats and dust in the vents, cubbies, over the steering wheel, fi ger prints on windows, etc. Horrible. They said I can return, so I will edit this if it is better. Horrible service and the vacuums are always broken. The new system has been messed up for weeks over charging and new bar codes don’t work at every location. I cancelled and signed back up and still no better. The gentleman who work there at WH location and SD location even Hartford are great but the system sucks thinking about cancelling again
Overall was good experience. I went there after they closed and used a self wash bay. The place was pretty clean and self wash brush seemed to be clean and operated as expected. One complaint I do have was the lighting in front and behind the bays was poor.
If you want to wash your own car for less than 15 including materials it a great one stop shop.
ALWAYS Check for things on the ground that CAN put a leak or hole in your tires at every car wash ! Even a bottle cap can cut the treed on a tire ! Which DOES start little . Which leads to wear & tare AFFECTING the steering/aliengment/ vehicle balance of the other tires ! LUCKLY this car wash had very FEW obsecults on the ground !! Even the attendants watched me & wondering why I was checking before entering the wash bay. NO CLUES WHAT SO EVER to what I was doing ? They MIGHT have checked the barrel when I left ?
Very kind and loving, Staff and I have been coming to this location for the last 2 years. Other Mr. Car wash cleaners do not compare to this one.
