Great facility!
My favorite utility here are the air compressed hand held nozzles you can use. I use them to blow away excess water on my windows and side view mirrors.
The vacuum hoses seem to always be maintained well. They don’t fall apart or have excess debris clogging it up.
I also like how they have machines that you can run your carpet-free floor mats through for a deep clean.
You can also use free microfiber towels!
The car wash line also doesn’t beat my car half to death. I recently came here and it was the most uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had washing my car. I was being watched by some guy in an adjacent parking lot just standing there like he was a “lookout” and then a different guy on a non motorized scooter was loitering in the parking lot too watching me too for almost 45 mins.I wasn’t sure if I was about to get kidnapped or robbed. I was so uncomfortable that I stopped cleaning my car several times to see what these two guys were up too. I eventually had to ask for this guy what was up and tell him that he was making me feel very uneasy and very uncomfortable. I practically had to police him out of the car wash cleaning area because the employees were not doing their job. There was a total of two bottles of Windex in the entire place and only one working mat washer. It literally took me three times as long as it normally was to wash my car and clean it out because it was absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had there.
Not to mention as I was finishing up one of the workers eventually came out after 2 hours to do the garbage and I had my beach chair resting up against the garbage can and she just pulled the garbage can out and let my brand new beach chair fall on the ground. She could have asked me politely to move it so she could have changed the trash. Instead she didn’t even acknowledge it and didn’t even apologize. She just walked away.
I would definitely be aware of your surroundings at this car wash and make sure your valuables are locked up and you don’t get caught having someone steal from you while you are vacuuming out your car and not looking.
I would also be aware of workers disrespecting your belongings that you’ve taken out of your car while you vacuum.
It was definitely a very shady situation and nobody there seemed to notice except for me and another lady that was there with her young daughter about the two men.
Employees need to do a better job of actually checking the cleaning area, making sure it’s stocked and making sure people in the cleaning area actually have a vehicle that has come through the carwash and they are actually cleaning it.
There’s nothing more uncomfortable than a woman trying to wash her car in an area she paid to be and having a non paying random person off the street disrupting the comfort that should come from washing your car.

This is the place to go if you want to be ripped off. I signed up for the $10 special now I’m being charged $70 a month (have no clue why!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’ve contacted them apparently for NO REASON because I don’t have my money back, no explanation as to why they feel it’s ok to continue to charge me for NOTHING, and I better not get charged again. The guy took my $25 knowing that the water jet in the rear wasn’t working. And neither was 1 of the spinning rag thing that’s supposed to wash the top of the car.
After exiting the machine, I saw that my car was the same as it was when I came in. I located the young Man, showed it to him and he said he knows that the jet was broken and he can’t give me a refund. Which makes absolutely no sense. As I went through their car wash and came out I witnessed my driver rear view mirror was broken. I know for a fact it wasn’t broken because I just bought the vechicle and I am not the kind of person that makes a big fuss about things but this was just unacceptable to me. Mad but still calm,I went to the attendant on duty and asked who was the manager because their car wash broke my mirror. He proceeded to say the manager was off but would be back on the next day. Feb 28th,my bday,I go to the car wash and ask for the manager which his name would be James from what I was told. I was met by a different attendant,who claims James called off and that he was filling in for him. I feel like I’m getting the run around and I also feel like the guy who tells you to pull your car up should have pushed the mirrors in but hey,every car wash isn’t the same obviously. Update: Tried calling yesterday and no agents available. Called again today and same thing. I pressed every single button to try to find an agent to talk to and nothing. Now it’s telling me I have to go on site to cancel after going to the zips location they told me I have to do it online now.
Used to be great until the equipment malfunctioned and damaged my light bar. The first time I let it go. The second time I was done as it completely damaged the whole light bar brackets and my pod holder. Driving down the road it constantly rattles now. I put a claim in and it has been months with not a word from them. Not a great location for anyone with extras on their vehicle. I loved this location but I’ll be putting my business elsewhere and wash my vehicles at home! Also will note that I can’t even cancel or get a refund until their customer service opens up on Sunday.
For almost two months I tried to get in contact with the manager at this location and have yet to hear back. Someone hit my vehicle in the wash then drove off and Zips have been no help. I submitted a claim and a police report when the incident occurred but they have yet to provide me with any information. I reached out online and was told I needed to go back to the location to submit another claim but still no response from the store manager. I was a loyal member for almost 10 years but this is ridiculous. They don’t have a direct number to the store and every time I go conveniently the manager isn’t in.
Then they went up 25% on their monthly subscription and provided no update before charging my card.
Devon was super friendly & entertaining. He helped me choose a good wash & swiped my card for me since I couldn’t reach. He made the whole experience easy. I highly recommend Zips Car Wash for a great clean & friendly employees 😊
The wash itself is great but the vacuums never seem to work properly. There is trash all over the parking lot and towels and cleaners are sometimes available. I enjoy using the facility but I would like to see these issues corrected.
Drive though and vacuum the car for a quick wash, pretty self explanatory, quick & easy.
A brush or some towels would be nice to clean the dashboard or the floor matts.
