I washed my car here, and I found big scratches on the car because of the dirt brush, maybe it had stones or mud in it, I made a report and they didn’t respond for a whole week, I went and talked to a General Manager and with all his insolence he answers these scratches not from us and says maybe you put something on your car that caused scratches happen And for a lot of small scratches, I tell him about it. He says, “I don’t see something. How do you hire a General Manager who doesn’t see well? He has to check his eyes. and I have a 4 year subscription with them. I won’t get my car washed here again. Today was my first visit and while the employee was very friendly, the wash was awful. It is still dirty and even though it was a base wash ($10) I have gotten $10 washes at other places and my car gets much cleaner. Mr car wash is the best place in town, I was my car allot, so the monthly package is awesome. It’s affordable, only 25 a month after tax, and booked monthly. Ands the really cool part is that it Is unlimited washes, so you can go through 5 times a day if you want, it’s truly unlimited. I world definitely recommend 👌 👍
Love coming here to get my car washed but the only thing I recommend is to please spray the back of my car before it gets washed. It gets dirty easily and I need it to look impeccable for work!
I go here almost every day I work and I’m happy to report that your employee Jeff is ALWAYS more the happy to smile, wave, ask you how your doing, and answer any questions you might have! He has GREAT customer service! He should be a model for how the rest of your employees ought to conduct themselves! Someone give that man a much deserved raise!
We have been customers for years and never had an issue or problem with the wash lines. Today while going through this location we had a valve stem break due to the machine. The new manager, Eric, from California, here a couple of weeks now was phenomenal! Changed the tire for us, when the spare failed, took me to a tire store to replace the stem and even paid for it! He was kind, fast acting and gave excellent customer service. Way to go Eric! Thank you very much!
We really like this location. We have had good customer service when we go, and they’re smiling faces. We enjoy their free vacuums and ability to get the garbage out of our car. They also have a monthly membership. You can get the basic for $22 or the premium for $32 a month, and you can go 2 times a day for free. It’s worth the cost!
