  Stopped for a quick exterior wash, first time at Eagle. Poor service, half the staff were on their phones talking to the half that were trying to work.

  When my truck came out of the tunnel it was pulled out and left in a parking spot. No communication if it was ready. I waited 4-5 minutes and saw nobody working on any of the cars. I got in and left.

  I will preface this by saying that my review is not about the quality of service provided by Zach and team. They did a great job with my car! My complaint is about the pricing and lack of transparency. When I called, I was quoted $155.95 for an interior detail of my subcompact hatchback (very small.) I thought that was high, considering I have paid $100 for the same service in Lawrence. When I arrived, I asked the front desk to double check the pricing. She spoke to someone and came back with $139.95 (Large Cars/Ext. Cab Pickups). I still believe I was overcharged $24, which I would much prefer go toward tipping the staff who went out of their way to provide me with excellent customer service. I do not understand how anyone could consider my vehicle to be “large.”

  Eagle Supreme Car Wash + carpet shampoo – From my experience, they only do the bare minimum, if that. Vacuuming only involves what you can see. They did not vacuum between or under seats. Black exterior trim had splash marks (wax, protectant?) I ended up using a polishing cloth after I got home and it buffed away, so apparently they didn’t bother to try to do that. Trim prob wasn’t included but they didnt care about overspray or cleaning up after themselves either. Floor mats are not included with carpet shampooing. Seems unusual but I didn’t specifically ask so, my fault.

  Took my sons car to get an interior detailing, and there were several spots missed. I had to go back the next day to have them redo it. I’m not happy with the service.

  Earlier in the day this would have just been one star but Shelby did try to make things right. About 10 this Tuesday morning we stopped in and then returned about 3 to correct the problems with our wash. We were greeted by a very friendly attendant but the young lady at the desk seemed apathetic and more interested in her phone. Our $22.95 +$1.50 for an SUV 5 star wash was worth, at best, about half. I do not expect detailed work at that price but obvious debris should be vacuumed or wiped away and the bug guts should be wiped off the windshield. When we returned, Shelby was friendly and readily agreed to vacuum and rewash the car. The end result was little better than the first. We opted to go home rather than pursue the matter futher because it was hot and late in the day. The pictures show the results after each wash. If you need a quick, basic wash Eagle is just fine but I would not pay above that point.

  Good wash but they keep raising their prices on the regular pay as you go washes and their monthly plans. Good quality wash just wish they would stick with a set price. Definitely would recommend, just stick with $10 Tuesdays.

  This is a great car wash. Fast access. Works well. All the mechanical devices operate perfectly to clean and dry my truck. Even the Rookie membership cleans excellent. Their attention to prespray is smart and I DON’T have to remove my trailer hitch. For the monthly price it so worth it. Glad I switched to them.

  My car always comes out of this car wash cleaner than any other car wash I have ever used. What I really love about club car washes they give you these impregnated large type face cloths to clean your car interiorly with and anything that the wash might miss like on the edge of the door or whatever you can get with that cloth. My car always looks great after I come out of this car wash and they’re running a sale on their $20 a month thing where you can get it for 10 bucks a month for 3 months and then it goes up to $20. And you can end it anytime so it’s a really good deal.

  Beware! Your car may get white spots on the passenger side. Keep in mind it’s all over my glass, trim, and paint. Might be mineral deposits I do not know. Didn’t have any problems the day before. Now have to fix this screw up with some water, distilled vinegar, and a microfiber cloth. Didn’t have any problems until today. Usually run my car and truck through. Got a big surprise this time. What’s worse is how management brushed it off and blamed me saying it was my neighbor could have spray painted and got overdraft. I have a driveway for Pete’s sake! Called corporate and filed a complaint, will NOT be returning to this location here on out.

  Today, on 4/25/23, the afternoon crew went above and beyond peepling off old stickers my child had put on my window. I appreciate them doing that cause it saves me time doing when the wash is over. I am definitely impressed at the customer service.
