I get the least expensive option and add mats every time. (the other reviewer who said the mats where not clean may not have realized they are an add on) I come here 3-4 times a year for the last 10 years or so. Always great results. Occasionally, they miss something small but for $45 it’s almost as good as a detail.
One word to the wise, if you clean up your car a bit before you go you’ll get better results. My husband also goes here but his interior gets pretty filthy because he works construction and I have noticed that they don’t get his interior up to the same standard as mine. So, if you take a few min to take all the actual trash, junk and coffee cups out then they will do a better job. That’s just my observation, you can try it and see what you think.

I was able to get an exterior and interior express detail done during my lunch break in under 2hrs. They were more expensive than some other places but I absolutely needed this cleaned up, and I needed the smell out of my car. When I picked the car up, it was absolutely beautifully cleaned and the smell was gone, and I was very happy. However a couple hours later when I was driving I noticed the smell again. I called them up and told them about this, and they told me to come in and they would shampoo the carpets again for free, and clean the seats again for free. Needless to say I was very impressed. Place is a scam, they did a brother wrong. Says 7 dollars for a self-car wash, but doesn’t say how long. They charged me 10 dollars on my card at the scene. And then charged me 50 dollars when I get home. I’ve been here three times, and I got charged 150 dollars in total for 3 car washes. When I realized, I realized I’m never going back. That is absolutely ridiculous for some DIY spray and wash. They way they do business is called SCAMMING PEOPLE, and they are the type of people ruining this great city of Boston.

In the self serve section, I just brushed my car and sprayed it for 11 minutes, then saw a charge of $17.50 on my card
There’s no sign that says it will be seven dollars for every four minutes.

Not only that, if you change the dial to “stop” that’s still not enough to get it to stop charging your card. There’s tiny button you also have to push

Got the diamond wash ($30), the wash ended up breaking the antenna on my car (not a long antenna and I drive a subcompact SUV, so not a tall car either). I came back an hour later after I noticed the antenna had broken off, they said that they looked for it but couldn’t find it, and asked for my contact information to let me know if they find it in ~30 minutes after checking the cameras. A couple hours go by and I try calling them multiple times with no response. Not necessarily their fault that the wash broke my antenna, and I now have to buy a new one, but they really could have handled the situation better.
7 dollars for 4 minutes, 4 minutes is just one setting out of how many? 15 minutes and than the machine maxes out which it does not tell you, and charges you 25 dollars for 15 minutes because you do not hit the stop button. I have been charged over 500 in these fees between the somerville, and capecod location over a year and just finding out bank has given me my money back. I’ll keep going for the free vacums though since they are the only good ones in Somerville, Somerville No Touch Car Wash you grt more time at the bays that actually spray soap, amd the car wash is touchless so it will not damage your car.
I’d give no stars but that is not an option.
