Pretty good wash but not outstanding. When I pulled into the wash bay I found it difficult to know where to land. Not very intuitive in my opinion. My car was not very dirty to begin with just a lot of salt from the snow so wanted to wash it all off, the foam is nice they have good foam soaps and waxes but the pressure for under carriage wash does not do a good job I still had so much snow and ice in my wheel wells and under carriage I stopped outside the carwash to knock all the left over snow and ice down from under the car. So I decided to get a car wash and they do offer both soft touch and touch free. Everything is drivethrough with no attendants. There’s always at least one lane out of order here, and hit or miss whether you’ll actually get all 3 colors of soap.
Update: the last few times I’ve been here I’ve only gotten one color of soap, maybe there isn’t even 3 colors anymore?!
By laura g (3 months ago)Multipul experience with this car wash.. did not clean my truck, I had dirt patches all over, and missed back of tailgate…I always buy the ultimate wash and many times it has skipped pre wash and or the multi color waxing cycle. First and foremost the brick and mortar was very clean; well kept up if I may add. Pressure washer hose and spray handle had no leaks. Provided plenty of pressure to get the bugs from travel off the nose. Four tokens provided 4 minutes of wash time. Distribution of soap on high pressure wash was great. One condition kept this wash from getting a 5 star rating. There was no debt card insert for exchange of rendered service. Keeping the positive marks in mind new technology vending faces are costly. Got the membership and loved this place until about my 10th time through. Found scratches all over the hood of my truck that is only a couple month old. Went in and told them about it and they were courteous and helpful about filing a report. I wasn’t mad, just bummed… That is until today, my claim was denied in a somewhat rude email from corporate and what they had to say made me more upset than the scratches themselves. Never again, don’t go here. It’s overpriced anyways.
Since opening, vacuums don’t work, no towels and when we spoke with employees about the lack of service they asked if we wanted to cancel our memberships, but not fix the issues. We have tried contacting corporate, but recorded message always says – call back and no reps available. We will be canceling two memberships and going elsewhere.
This place use to be great! My car was very clean and there was 2 people who sprayed your car. Now, if there are 2 people spraying they do a laxidiasical job! The “newer” Zips, near Walmart doesn’t have anyone spraying at all. If you go here go to the older Zips. FREE Vaccuums though. 🤷♀️
Cancelled my membership on 6/7/23, but was charged on 6/27/23 anyways. After a drawn out interaction with support they refused to refund. Poor customer experience. Will not be a returning.
Great car wash! Love the unlimited plan so I can go all the time to get the dirt and bugs off my car. Also like that I can clean my car mats and free vacuums.
