I made the switch from a monthly unlimited plan at Mister Car Wash to Quick Quack, and I am very happy with my decision. I have a husky 🐕 and dog hair alone is enough reason for me to have an unlimited pass. But the main reason I switched was because you can add another car to your plan for just $15 a month, at Mister Car Wash this is NOT an option ☹️. I love that they have free vacuums and towels to wipe down anything you want after you go through the wash. They also have a machine that cleans carpeted mats. I will be back all the time.By Bala krishnan (2 months ago)If you want to get a cheap car wash that also scratches your car up and then have the manager of the car wash disregard your complaints, then this is the car wash for you. My husband took one of our cars here last week for a quick $3 wash because it just needed a rinse. He came home and I noticed several substantial scratches on the doors, top and from of the car that resembled the swiping motions a car wash would make over the car. Yes, my car did have a few other scratches that I was aware of before, but these were new and very obvious.
We went back immediately, spoke to their manager, and filled out the necessary paperwork so they would cover the damages to our car. Then we waited about a week to hear back from them, just to have them tell us that the marks were “inconsistent” with scratches that a car wash would make and that they probably happened when he was vacuuming the car afterwards. Seriously?! They look EXACTLY like the kind of scratches that the cloths in a car wash would make. The plastic vacuum hoses didn’t even touch the car and wouldn’t make scratches like this in paint if they did. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

No other car wash compares to this one! From start to finish, the experience is the best. My car comes out spotless, the vacuums are powerful, and they have towels available to dry any spots that the dryer didn’t hit. Tyler assisted me when I arrived and he helped me pick the wash I wanted and process my payment. I enjoyed his happy welcoming conversation. While they always ask if I want the monthly membership, they never make me feel pressured to buy it. I stop here every chance I am in the area.

The customer service and policy is HORRIBLE! The car wash ripped off my side mirror. I was told I needed to talk to a manager to file an incident report and they will review the cameras to determine what they will do. They went in to the car wash to retrieve my broken pieces from my mirror. As they came back and informed me they reviewed the video and HANDED ME MY BROKEN MIRROR, per their policies they won’t do anything. The manager explained that they have a sign that explains they are not responsible for ANY DAMAGES TO ANY VEHICLES. I asked to see the sign and they showed me the sign is right after you already pay for the was in small print. LET THIS SERVE AS A WARNING! Pay the extra few dollars to go to a bigger franchise that have better customer service values!
I pay a monthly membership at Rocket Express. Back on April 30th I got a car wash (Midvale location) and during the wash I felt/heard a loud thump but did not think anything of it until I returned home I realized that my Jeep emblem was completely broken off (see attached photo). I tried calling them multiple times a day for a week to no avail. I couldn’t even leave a voicemail because their inbox was always full. I even tried contacting other locations as well but it was the same outcome. My dad ended up having to go in person for me and spoke with the general manager. He explained what had happened and was told they would reach out to me but I never heard anything. I emailed the general manager at the email he provided, but it took me sending 2 emails and then an additional email from my dad in order to get a response to which he just said they “were not able to locate the emblem” and that was it, I was not offered any other resolution. I have since emailed a couple times regarding my concerns and a quote on the cost of replacement, and even offered a cheaper solution to where they can reimburse me for the cost of a used one and I can replace it myself. Unfortunately I received no response. My dad emailed again as well and still nothing. It’s been a month and a half now with zero accountability or resolution. Very disappointing experience, especially considering I pay a monthly membership fee which I have now requested to cancel. I understand that these things can happen, I just wish they had they been willing to come up with a solution instead of dodging my emails. Just goes to show the lack of professionalism and decency.
The people at this car wash are super friendly and helpful! Dayton was awesome at assisting with the machine. Plus it’s so nice when a carwash has rags to wipe the exterior and interior.
First off, I went to CJ’s premier car wash and let me tell you it sucked. That’s a story for a whole different review but I saw it and thought I’d try it out and regretted it. I then came to Rocket express and not only did they had great customer service their vacuums worked great and my car has never been cleaner! It was my first time using them and I am a forever customer now! Great job guys!
