employees on a power trip. Stuck in front of the car wash. Can’t go forward can’t reverse. I have a membership but the employee insist that I have to have a sticker. She is refusing to find the membership fee in my tag number.
Brown Bear Car Wash reply is incorrect. Your employees don’t have a new stickers. Each time I have asked, they told me I need to come back when there’s a manager on duty. Apparently your manager doesn’t start until later in the day? I was not offered a new sticker. Why would your employee hold me up get on the phone and make me wait when they could simply hand me a sticker. I’m here every Wednesday morning, and last Wednesday the attendant had no problem and the Wednesday before this event the attendant had no problem, except that they don’t have access to stickers. As if. I wish I could give you less stars for that reply.

Love this car wash 24 hours a day. When they come in the morning to clean up the management is very nice was washing my dishes because I had to clean my fathers house who never cleans so I just what to spray them off fast so they wouldn’t still stink as I put them through the dish water. The manager or who ever it was was quite surprised and all he said was that has chemicals in the water and wash so don’t eat off them. I was like I know but he was super kind about it I don’t think anyone else would have been. I love this place everything about always works and the machines have only taken my money once and not give me anything and when it did I told him and he gave me the product right away. Vacumes lack suction about 40% of the time and I keep getting charged when i swipe my card to find out they have an issue. Also last week i paid for the brush wash and it was out of foam soap. Had to get up early to re clean and after 22 waisted dollars on the self wash the kid had to ask themanager if i could get a cheap drive through for free. To their credit they did as I showed photos but this isnt the first time ive lost money on the vacumes so while that was nice they need to maintain cacumes better because I clean my rental cars many times per week and im losing money.
Amazing!! No complaints whenever I come to this location! They hire great staff with charismatic energy and great smiles! We came when Ulises & Ayanna were working, such a great team! Definitely will come back
Watch out for the scammers here, they take up a spot in the self serve and wait. Then they will come up to you saying that they don’t take coins here anymore and ask for your card for cash. Do not do it, I suspect they are cloning the cards. Has happened twice in a row since my last two visits. Other then that great car wash
Employees were EXTREMELY RUDE!!! All 3 employees that were on shift seem to be completely clueless as to what they’re supposed to be doing. We pay for the Berry Best package, supposed to get a prewash and spray on our vehicle before entering the tunnel which did not happen. I am 100% disgusted with this car wash!
GO AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! Completely scratched the side of my Audi A7 will never go back. And still haven’t heard from upper management. Absolutely ridiculous.
