I honestly didn’t know what to expect when I heard BMF was similar to night club meets gym
I don’t club but decided to give it a chance. I’m so glad that I did!!!! BMF blew me away! Upon arrival, I was greeted by the owner. She didn’t know it was my first time, which was even more impressive, because i got to witness first hand how she treats her members and staff. Her hospitality was off the charts. I was given a brief tour of the facilities and introduced to Sabrina, the powerhouse instructor of the day! She was everything that an instructor should me and more.
Omg! The energy in the room was crazy positive and uplifting. The workout was challenging and fast paced. However, the members will help guide you if you ever get lost. Cheryl was my angel of the class! The class was so diverse and I loved seeing people of all ethnicities and ages in the class crushing the workout!!! The music is upbeat and current. No need for headphones, you won’t need them. At the end of class, Ian explained the membership process and answered all of my questions and concerns. Honestly, I can see why this PLACE was voted a #1 gym in DFW! BMF IF A GYM DREAM COME TRUE in all aspects. Amazing staff. Exciting workouts. Supportive community of members. Upbeat vibes. I am a member of PAC for approximately 2 years and thoroughly enjoy their one-on-one training sessions. I most recently completed a training program with Jasmine, who is incredibly knowledgeable about body mechanics and developing a well rounded fitness program. Prior to establishing a strength and motion program that was sustainable for lower back and hip issues, my current fitness routine was discussed along with my expectations. I definitely appreciated the attention to my strengths and weaknesses, which included offering various techniques that would ensure proper body mechanics and achievement of goal. Within a short period of time, I was able to see immediate progress. In addition to addressing my immediate needs, Jasmine made certain proper usage of the exercise equipment was implemented to avoid injury and offered additional feedback on the versatility of each machine. By the end of the training program: aerobic fitness, strength training, core exercises, balance training, flexibility and stretching had all been a focus of my fitness plan of action. I eventually looked into personal training and decided to do 4 sessions. Luckily, I got paired with Keegan and that has been one of the best things for my fitness journey.
It has now been about 4 months that I have been training with him and I’ve lost around 20lbs, gained so much strength and muscle definition. Keegan is really good at figuring out what style of motivation works for you. He is focused on my individual needs as a client and is genuinely interested in me hitting my personal goals. He is constantly checking in with me through the week to hold me accountable, even makes workout suggestions outside of sessions to ensure that I am pushing myself. I have a knee injury that I’ve struggled with over the last two years and now it is strong and pain free. He is also very good at listening to me complain the entire session. 10/10 recommend.

Its so sad to see this location going down and getting worse, I’m a member since quiet over 3 years and there was a time when I lived 15 miles away and still I was coming here everyday!
Recently it’s becoming worse everyday, and today I was asked to leave my watch as a collateral to use a nick piece that worth $20!
The untrustworthy member are the one keeping the business alive, hope this reaches someone that cares about the business, I won’t cancel my membership as I know half of the people here but its so unprofessional to treat members that way!
Ideal location for me. Never too crowded to where you won’t get a machine to work out on. Staff is very friendly and helpful. With the black card membership, the hydromassage is a perfect ending to a workout. The no judgment culture is true to its name – people come here to get a serious workout, not to be seen.
24/7 location. They have plenty of equipments, staff is great too!!

It’s a shame Plano management does not recognize or reward Talent.
I have been a member for more than two years. I believe Spen is the most valuable employee anyone could ever have. He has protected everyone that needed help. He’s management material. He treats members like kings and queens. He’s respectful and talented to the owners. He watches over your club and takes care of your customers better than anyone at this club and any club, for that matter. Take a long hard look at this man and his attitude and team management. He’s highly skilled, and someone is missing out. He is not getting enough hours.??? If I were the owner. I would examine why this man isn’t promoted and getting enough hours.
I have nothing to gain by writing this review. I call it like I see it. If it were my organization, I would want to know. I watch all employees.

They regularly upkeep with each member, making sure their goals are being met. The facilities are wonderful, although they could have more free weights.
