Just have to walk by a scanner and scan code all done and walk out. Love it. You need to get the scan code by the auto. This specific location is the crazy You never know what you’re going to see or experience in the parking lot, let alone in the store location. Only reason I go is out of sheer I don’t want to drive all the way across town for a better Walmart, laziness. The shelves are empty most of the time but it could be worse. Half of the “staff” Just get paid to pretend they work there, a quarter of the staff are very nice and helpful and try to make up for the last quarter, that try to win worst customer service awards year round. If you come here often, you pretty much know what you need and where it is, and then get out as fast as you can. If you go into it knowing all this, you can actually have a pretty enjoyable time. ?
It is increasingly becoming more and more difficult to shop at this Walmart. In the early mornings, the shelves are mostly bare and it’s hard to find items that the app says are in stock. Not to mention trying to check out is a nightmare. The only register that seems to be open is the cigarette counter and I’ve been turned away a few times for having a cart full of groceries and told to check out in self checkout. Pick up and delivery is also a gamble. Often they will say an item is out of stock, but when we run in to check, it’s there on the shelves. Or the produce will be so bad it’s not even usable.
Out of the 3 in the area, the 13th Ave location is the worst. Shelves are always understocked, they went most of a year with a distinct lack of shopping baskets. Carts are hardly ever available in normal hours. Employees are often not working (having conversations in the aisles or looking at their phones), pallets of stuff to stock frequently out during the day despite the record that played (or at least used to) on their radio system stating that they closed overnight to allow for stocking. The bright side is if you live nearby, it’s convienent to go to, if they have what you need in stock.
Hardly any customer service people around to help one out and if they are customers in store know more about where to find items then workers there. Know that the square electric frypans have electric problem AND KNOW THAT IF I BRING IT BACK FOR REFUND THAT BEING ITS OVER 30 DAYS &NO RECIPE as
(WAS GIFT) I’d get no refund or credit. Do know that I’ll NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING ELECTRICAL FROM THEM EVER AS HAD PROBLEM WITH OTHER ITEMS THAT WE’VE PURCHASED THERE NOT WORKING AND COULDN’T RETURN. ONE C SERVICE GAL TOLD ME SHE Had the OPTION OF WHAT SHE COULD OR WANTED TO RETURN. IT WAS HER CHOICE WHO COULD RETURN WHAT. IF THAT’S NOT PREJUDICE WHAT IS!!,
This one on 13th is the worst out of them all, today I go buy chicken, barely any chicken on the shelf on top of that the expiration was may 23rd so I had to throw it out due to the awful smell it produced. I had many more bad experiences but this one topped it.
