Huge Disney merchandise section. Also features a liquor store. Store has a large grocery section so you can make your own food while staying at the Resorts. This location is about 5 miles from Epcot and is perfectly close if you are staying at a DVC Villa at Beach Club or Yacht Club, this store is a good way to stock up your fridge and supplement meals within Disney. Store feels new and clean. Huge parking lot. Simple valve stem replacement turned into 5 hours later having to get a manager involved. Which still led to over an hour wait to get 1 tire changed. The checkout lines were very long. However, the self checkout lines seemed to be moving fairly quickly. Work ethic there is so bad that it bleeds into the quality of customer service. This in turn causes the operation to run inefficiently and ineffectively. As a result it causes employee attitude and morale to continue declining. Staff availability lacks at an alarming rate and discourages customers from wanting to remain in the store or even wanting to shop there again. Best walwart i ever went, place is huge, very organized amd clean. Also they have lot of prep food that you can bring to reasorts, make you life easy, if you want to save some dollars is perfect, also big section with disney souveniers (not disney label but they look the same for less)

I am wait almost 4 hours just for change my tires have just my car inside with an appointment today is Sunday! The manager tell me arround 1:30 minutes for fixing my car I am pregnant the employers doesn’t works look the guy in cell phone (bad place for auto service run! Now I am outside I open a complain it’s 90dregres just for the employees remember I am here and finish my car bad place.
Always busy with local and tourists, but is well stocked and usually clean. Parking is an issue and have to be careful for people/customers walking in parking lot. Staff is present.
Its not the stores fault, but this place is tourist hell! Go in with a strategy, if you’re gonna need a cart have a 2nd person with you to push the cart while you make your way through the needed isles to grab what you came for. Be prepared, know what you need.. if you can figure out where it’s located in app before entering I highly recommend doing so cause you’ll want out of this place as soon as you enter. Employees at this store have my full sympathy and admiration cause you’re stronger than me, I wouldn’t last a day! Good luck to all who enter their doors! God speed!
