Get in line… long long long slow lines at self-checkout because only 1 maybe 2 of employee-serviced lines might be open and there’s a good chance more than one self-checkout is broken. Need help? Good luck with that as there’s a good chance the help is trying to stay out of your way so they don’t have to help you and or they are busy sharing gossip in small groups amongst themselves. When I arrived, the lights were out in Customer Service but people were standing around. I did some quick shopping, and when I got back up to Customer Service the lights were back on and there were two employees telling people that Customer Service was closed for hours due to employees not showing up. We really like be able to do the curbside pick up as it is very convenient and helps save us $ all that I would recommend is they get associates that take even just a little pride in their job and take an extra couple of seconds to check the dates on things! Got to the store and after thirty minutes of waiting, a lady finally brought out a package of pampers. When we told her we did not buy the diapers, we don’t even have any babies, she insisted that we did buy them and we did not know we bought them and demanded we take them home. After refusing the pampers they said they would go check on the actual order we placed and never came back out. Waited the full hour and ended up cancelling the order altogether while one of us ran in and purchased the FOUR items that our order consisted of.By Kim Johnson (a week ago)Came here for 2 front tires for my 2018 Camry and an oil change on a Saturday and Monday morning noticed a knocking noise when I started my car so I immediately checked the oil and it was well beyond the max fill line so I removed about a quart and a half of oil myself and realized that they had not changed my oil at all it was dirty as could be and had instead overfilled my oil which can cause damage so I called the store AND the customer service number, which I believe to be the key for any fix to your issues and they refunded the whole $350+ because I called them out on not changing my oil absolutely ridiculous turns out the knocking was not engine damage, I took it to eddy’s toyota and Walmart had taken my air box apart to see if my filter was bad and lost a rubber grommet and didn’t put my air box back together had to park my car for a week and not drive it buyer beware I will be back Walmart auto is cheap as can be but just check to make sure they actually did the work after come on Walmart? thx for the free tires tho luckily I’m a smart person and checked right away and not a single mother whose like clueless and ruins her car I could not imagine shame on you WalmartBy Thomas Shehorn (a week ago)

Went to Walmart this morning to look for hotwheels for my son. Shortly after arriving to the toy section I was rudely instructed that I cannot open any boxes or touch the new inventory. Mind you I have done nothing present or past to deserve such a tone. When asked about the new inventory the sales associate Minnesota said that the hotwheels had to go to claims for some reason. She was not customer friendly whatsoever and went in to talk about other customers she had problems with to justify her rude interaction with me. I do not recommend this store if this is how their staff treats their customers.
We have tried calling the bakery to order a birthday cake for 3 days strait and the phone just rings and rings and rings…… no one answers ever…. What’s the point in allowing customers to call in if your not going to answer the phone? More importantly what type of leadership allowed this type of service to happen? If there are customers in store I get it, pick up the phone, acknowledge your customer, put them on hold and take care of the customer in store first. But none of this happened. Its sad that a multi billion dollar organization can’t manage basic customer service skills. Embarrassing.

If you enjoy being called a liar and waiting 35 minutes when you have let them know you are on your way in the app for your curbside pick up order and then checking in 4 times from the parking lot and calling twice then this is the store for you! And NO there weren’t a ton of people already waiting when I arrived. When they FINALLY brought out my order I was told I had only checked in 6 minutes before. REALLY! At the nearest Target you can let them know in the app at home you are on your way,, pull right up and your order in brought out in less than 5 minutes! From now on I will ONLY be doing Target drive up. I don’t care if it cost more or not, my time is worth way more than the frustration of shopping at this location. And forget shopping in store. I haven’t done that since before the pandemic. Service is just as bad inside as drive up!
