You either wait in a long line with seemingly deliberately slow cashiers or go to a long line of people itching to get the hell out of there after switching to the self checkout because the 2 (3 if they are really trying to provide a viable option to speedy check out)! There wasn’t any problem from the time we pulled in the parking lot till we left.. The store was clean and uncluttered . The best part was check out time. It was around 4 pm it was busy at the time . I finished my shopping and headed for the dreaded check out. There was a few people in line at the self check out so I kept walking. I literally could choose which cashier there was several smiling faces waiting to wait on customers. My cashier was nice she was friendly and she took time to bag my things the correct way. She even wrapped my hamburger meat in a bag. Del city Walmart is showing that customers do matter they must be listening . I was even politely asked by two employees if I need help with finding anything. Plus I did need help from one of the employees, she told the item I was looking for had be move to a new location that morning and took me to the new location. The store was clean and well organized. A nice friendly m Walmart employee showed up to help to within a minute of the my destress call being made and she had the price corrected quickly and everything was taken care of with a couple minutes. The store was busy and attendant was smiling and greeted us warmly. Service was at a minimum at check out as all tellers were closed. Only self check was available. I don’t know if this is a normal expectation but this isn’t what I’ve been accustomed to in my home town location. It’s so impersonal in my opinion.
Management should tell their employees that are just standing in the isles on their phone or devices with their picking carts to move out of the way when a customer is trying to get around them to continue their shopping. I understand you have to get the online orders ready but to just stay in everyone’s way that is actually in the store shopping is just becoming too much to bear when I go shopping. Not to mention it’s so rude of the employees.
Even in this store the associates don’t respect the FAMILY RESTROOM. It’s sad to see a mom and her 2 kids waiting to use the family restroom because someone thinks that they need it more than a family does.
Other than that, the store was ok, it seemed to be a little out of order but was able to find what I needed.

So I’ve been going to This location for Decades, not always a great experience, but had been reliable enough to keep going back.
NOW They refuse to do ANY kind of service on vehicles older that 1998. The ICE Industry is slowly going out of business & they are turning AWAY Business? R E A L L Y ? Oil changes, new brakes, proper tune up, all things they can do, but not for older vehicles. Literally thousands of dollars They don’t want?
WOW! Can’t work on OLDER vehicles then why would I trust them to fix any newer model?
This just makes me want to get rid of my current ICE Vehicles & go electric farther losing businesses like this money… I mean, since they don’t want My Money!.
