- Reviews:Probably the worst Walmart I’ve been to. No way this is a Supercenter. No self-checkouts and lines are constantly backed up. Avoid Fri-Sun with how crazy busy this store is. Matter of fact, avoid any day of the week! However, it is a fairly modern-looking store and is clean. Most employees I’ve interacted with were very friendly for the most part- Asked one worker if she could unlock something from the hardware case and she told me she has no key and just started walking away. I then asked another employee and she replied, “no speak English.”By Tomas Strouhal (a month ago)The super Sassy Male cashier told my elderly disabled mother to bag her own item. I was in the next line over and had to tell him about his self. No manager available and customer service was closed as always due to short staffingBy Mz Smooches (a week ago)The customer service at this particular location is pisspoor at best! I went to get something from a particular department that needed an associate to unlock the cabinet and no one assisted me. I spoke with a manager by the name of Stephanie and she instantly tried getting an attitude with me. After being there for close to an half hour leaving without what I came there for, I decided that I’ll never set foot in there ever again!By Sharif Shabazz (a week ago)Ordered a pickup order and waited 90 mins for someone to bring out the small 5 items I ordered. Pickup is supposed to be for convenience. This has been the worst experience ever. I am constantly trying to give walmart a chance and they are consistently dripping the ball!By Jess Cruz (2 weeks ago)Worst pick up location more than 2 hours waiting when this is suppose to save you time waste of my time ugh more than 2 hours and 20 pickup spots all full and no employees around, and you have to reserve a time I reserved 9-10am everyone here stress because they started to cancel orders after all this waiting and here it is the employee taking selfies and talking in the phone came out just for 1 customerBy Mara Velez (2 months ago)

- Reviews:Go the extra distance to another location or perhaps Target instead of this precise location. This is Walmart’s prison location. Everything is locked away yet You can never find an employee with a “key” to access your necessary needs. The plants in the garden area are always most certainly dead. There is no self check out! As for the lines to check out arrive between 6a-7am in order to get out the store by noon, that’s on a good day. The less than 20-25 items line is worst than the regular line. Wait time 24hrs, literally that’s how long you’ll be waiting. The alarm when entering the store goes off when you breathe wrong. The carts need WD-40, there are no decent carts at this location. The 1 star is generous it’s only given just to write this feedback. My tip: don’t stop, keep driving!By BAM (a week ago)I’m not sure what this walmart is supposed to be. For one thing, there are people outside selling other items including speakers, counterfeit goods, food, and in some cases, obama phones. Not sure why walmart isn’t enforcing the “no soliciting” policy. The store just changed their hours to 7am-11pm, making the store open an hour later to their peers over at store 5891 and almost every other walmart store. Most of the electronics department is under locked shelf, but there are very few employees with the key. You can expect to wait at least 5 minutes for an associate to unlock a shelf for you. This store had a pilot run for self checkout back in 2017 or ‘18 but it was quickly replaced with regular checkout stalls. The only other walmart in philadelphia that lacks self checkout is the one on Christopher Columbus blvd in south Philly. Simply put, don’t go to this walmart unless you really need to. Or just choose curbside pickup. But even that is rather shady. Just don’t go to walmart store 5103 on 4600 Roosevelt Blvd.By Noobs (a week ago)The Pharmacist was exceptional, polite, Friendly and professional, she answer all my question and was very patience, my cashier was also very nice,I must say the pharmacy staff at this location always very helpful, patience, polite and welcoming.By K Thompson (in the last week)An excellent store, they bought a bicycle for a child, for the age of 5 years, it costs $ 78. The bike is very good, the child likes it. Also bought pants for work for $22By Bas Chu (4 months ago)The overall experience was great I needed a emergency ac and I found a unit a quite a reasonable price which was easy to install.By Melone Eason (in the last week)

There are excellent products, it would be wonderful to find someone who speaks Spanish in the electronics area. I had help because they are all very nice people and very kind. I love cordial treatment. Highly recommended to go.
This is a great place to shop. They have anything I need. I’ve lost my cellphone at the restroom and the wallmart lady gave it back.
i like the store. But i dont like the manager man there. HE DOESN’T HELP AT ALL THE CUSTOMER when price tag was mistake on dining table. He said there is nothing i can do. But there is one supervisor came help him up. Finally it changed. He better not be a manager if he doesn’t what to do.!!
has went to the “dogs”. Nothing how it used to be. Spoiled food and empty shelves and just awful.Hopefully it’ll get better unless I’m never going back and that’s on top of the fact that I was RARELY going there anyway. And when I say rarely I mean maybe once a year or every other year. I don’t know if it’s managements fault or what . Last but not least my issues with Walmart started way before the pandemic. Therefore , I don’t want anyone to blame the pandemic because whether the issues started before or after there’s no excuse. DO BETTER WALMART !!
My experience is limited to the curbside order pick up at this location. All I caution other patrons is to come with a decent amount of patience as it will be tested. This process appears simple enough on paper but in practice they lack the efficiency to get orders to your car efficiently. You will wait. Every time. Be ready.
