I paid for the best wash monthly package. I’ve been told outright we don’t get the towel and cleaning product package every time, even though it’s advertised for my package. I’ve only gotten it twice in the few months I’ve had the membership, I wash my car weekly. Even if you don’t see an open stall to vacuum and use the towels which is very rare and has only happened to me one time the spot free rinse does its job and my vehicle is spotless after driving home less than 2 mi away. However, customer service definitely needs work. I wasn’t allowed to get new towels but rather some dirty used ones that were wet. Not sure why I couldn’t get a nice folded dry towel but that was the case. The towels they handed me had twigs and dirt and leaves. Dirty towels causes swirls and more. When I asked for new towels, the workers didn’t want to look at the towel or talk to me about it. It took my persistence to get a new towel and even then he handed it to me in silence and hesitation.
It’s frustrating as a customer to have my legit concerns dismissed and met with a great lack of professionalism. As per my photos, the towels, had I not known better, would definitely scratch my car!
I don’t understand what the fuss is about simply just about towels, but I hope management realizes that at a car wash.. towels are a must. If the facility cannot provide clean towels, bring your own!
Mistreatment on the basis of caring for my car’s paint is unacceptable for a car wash. The vacuums are also weak. They do the job but not well.
Hopefully the management takes notes of these issues and improves the place so that I can update my review.

Car came out clean , pulled into vacuum stall, couldn’t believe they had towels for you to dry your car. I couldn’t believe it! Went there yesterday and the has 1 GUY vacuuming vehicles 1 guy!! There were 7 cars in front of me and after a half hour of waiting I left. I’m sure the mizer that owns this place will put housing on it soon. Stay away at all costs!! Drive by this place everyday on the way to work and finally gave it a try and the quality is way better than the drive through carwash I used to use. Got the monthly unlimited brilliant plan and very happy with it since it’s such a great value.
Great customer service and love the retro look of the place! They have a promo right now were the first month is only $18.
I purchased the best car wash they had and it didn’t even have tire shiner. Their vacuum section is so small you’d have to wait for a spot. Also they don’t provide too much amenities such as air blower hose or rags.
Gosh, it’s a little tricky to get in there, but worth the effort! Unfortunately it rained the day after i went, but my car looked very snazzy while it lasted. Quick and quality! A month pass from Googie is a sought after gift in my household, I highly recommend! Just be careful at Five Points
I drove in for a car wash. I did not know it went up a dollar. I asked the attendant if he had change for a dollar bill and he didn’t. Although, he helped me get a free car wash! 🤗 so, it made me happy that I was still able to get a car wash.
Place is nice, people were kind, car wash wasn’t worth it. 12 bucks for a “basic” wash and it didn’t even remove your “basic “ bird shid. Pics are taken right after the wash. Guess it’s always been “if you want it done right…” I was trying to save time, now I still have to hand wash my car. All in all, way too pricey for the result. Pay and spray woulda been cheaper and better. Live and learn, First and last lol
