Wow, this place is absolutely amazing. I told an employee that is wasn’t working, and he said they told the owner and it was supposed to be fixed.

My only complaint is that the spotless rinse isn’t actually spotless. Even when I take the time to really rinse my car and air-dry/hand dry my car I’m left with spatterings of hard water spots. I’m being generous with three stars. They say they open at 8, but really that’s just when their employees start showing up. I was first in line at a couple minutes to eight and confirmed with the employee just walking up that they did in fact open at eight. No one touched my car until almost a quarter after, and it didn’t get into the actual wash itself until twenty after. It took their drying crew another 15 minutes. Be prepared to spend about an hour here because good service takes time! Luckily there is always good music playing inside, the bathrooms are always clean and they have a tiendita setup with the Mexican papitas, you can’t miss it! When they let me know my car is finished I do a walk around before I leave and the guys are more than happy to give my car a quick wipe down if there’s a water spot that they missed, which is inevitable because of where we live! The guys are always really nice and they always do a good job, except today they did PHENOMENAL! I always make sure I tip because I’m a firm believer in you get what you give and the gentleman today even put his towel down in front of my door so I could wipe my shoes before I stepped in. Enter Romeo’s. To be honest I was a bit scared after reading the reviews but it seemed to be the only one around. Decided to try it because I’m too lazy to wash my own car.
I was pleasantly surprised! They did an awesome job on my car! Granted, the wait time was about 3x what I’m used to in SD, but I alloted plenty of time for that based on previous reviews. I had a ton of dried up, caked on, bug splatter all over my car from multiple trips to and from SD, and they got every little speck off.
The inside was immaculate, front and back. My pet peeve from my last place was my side view mirrors not getting completely cleaned and dried. My other pet peeve was water dripping down my back window after I start driving. These guys got it all.
So I’m giving this place 5 stars based on the work they did and not the extended wait times. If it takes a little longer to get quality work done, I’m all for it. Just have to make the time for it.

Usually easy in and out with attentive helpers at the entrance. Not this time. A problem in the tunnel had us all waiting for at least 10 minutes with no movement and none of the attendants to come explain or try to help folks exit. A person in front of me claimed he needed out for an emergency, but we were 3 deep behind me by then. Just one person to walk amongst the “trapped” cars would have gone a long way to improve the experience.
Car wash is okay, but for your car to be squeaky clean you have to go through the car wash drive-thru TWICE. The bristles on the machine are a bit dirty and from the looks of it, not good quality, lots of people have complained about it being too harsh on the cars on how they bang against the car and scratching the paint. My car had little to no scratches and after going with them my car got lots of light (some, noticeable scratches) not really a good car wash tbh. Don’t bother taking your cars unless you want them to get damaged or scratched. That’s why they have a sign saying they aren’t responsible for any damage before you go through the drive-thru car wash. NOT RECOMMEND!!!
Love the pre pay. Lots of colored suds and many brushes, too!
We use the compressed air gun, most of the hand vacuums were good & strong and the blue rags are great for all the interior wipe down.
One of the best car washes I’ve been to. Even when the line is out to the street they are super fast! Also loved the compressed air to clean your car…more places need that!!
It’s a good value but it seems like the cleaning chemicals and duration of the basic wash has declined (less interaction of the cleaning machinery to the vehicle.) as well as the dryer at the end of the wash has noticeably drys less, forcing one to dry with air and or towels/ chamois cloth.
