FABULOUS! FANTASTIC! AMAZING! Christina and Cali are heaven-sent! I accepted a new job in TN and had 1 month to relocate from CA. I had noticed scam houses on the rental home websites and was weary about making such an important decision, sight unseen with no one in the area to check things out for me. I lucked upon Christina and Cali through the Keystone website. I had many challenges including still fighting negative credit marks due to identity theft 3 years ago! These two women guided and supported my every step in this process and I am in a BRAND NEW- never lived in, beautiful townhome now. They removed so much stress from this major move and I am truly Thankful! Now I’m all set to start writing this next chapter of my life. Do yourself a favor, CONTACT KEYSTONE REALTY!!

I normally am not the type to ever leave reviews even after having bad experiences with certain places, in fact this is my first low star review to ever give out. But when your money and your credit score is on the line, is when I will take the time to warn others. Stay away from this realtor company. From my experience, and other reviewers experiences, it seems as they are being deceitful towards most people who are serious about looking for homes, and are pocketing application fee money. As I do understand that most realty agencies have regulations such as not scheduling viewings for those who request one, UNTIL you have applied, it’s ridiculous that THIS specific agency will KNOW that a property you are interested in is supposedly being “leased” out, will still advertise it, will KNOW that you are willing to apply in order to schedule a viewing to tour that SPECIFIC home you are interested in, YET they will not inform you about it being “leased out” until after you spend (and get approved) over $70 on an application fee. On top of that, before we applied, a woman named Cali Crabtree told my husband that he would be the FIRST to apply and told him that there were no applications for the property. She stated that there was a first come first serve, in which he was the FIRST to apply. They told us it could take a few days for him to get approved. After a few days of waiting for his application to get approved, literally RIGHT AFTER he got approved, is when Cali eventually informed us that the property was unavailable because the “person” that had applied AFTER my husband had applied, had their application approved before his, (my husbands application had also been approved) They stated that my husbands criminal background check took a little longer than the so called other persons background check (not sure why considering my husband is a soldier and does not have a criminal record which had already been approved). It is not right and at the end of the day, HE was convinced by Cali that he came first in line, paid about $70 or more, had his money and credit score ran for the reason HE WAS TOLD by Cali that nobody else had applied therefore they should have put the other persons application on hold until he got his approved because like I said, it’s not my husbands fault that they decided to SUPPOSEDLY take longer on his application vs the next persons. I say supposedly because I am starting to question whether this was a case of discrimination where they did not want us to lease out a nice home due to our ethnic background, or if they just wanted to stack up on application money (or both). This is the second time this happens to us with this company, as we have applied twice overall. We are a military family of 2, currently expecting a baby (I am 35 weeks) and are very serious about finding a home, so to be in a situation like this, has caused me TONS of emotional distress. They have offered us to look at other homes on their website, but after reading the other reviews, I found out that they will pocket most (and sometimes all) of your deposit money as well, regardless of how spotless you leave the place you leased out. That immediately turned me and my husband off, and we decided we won’t continue taking any risks with these people. This agency lacks direct transparency, communication skills, and integrity. We will not continue to work with this agency, and if any funny business somehow ends up continuing to happen, we will make sure to get an attorney involved.

This is a warning when you move out make sure you take plenty of pictures! Maintenance charge me a cleaning fee and to be honest with you I stayed over one day in Kentucky to assure that place was clean clean. I also was charged a carpet cleaning fee and that carpet looked at just as new as when I moved in it was as if we hardly ever live there. However the ladies in the office they’re cool to deal with. I also had health issues that I had EMS that would come over and they would always compliment me on having one of the cleanest trailers that they’ve ever seen out there, as well as Oak Grove Police Department they complimented me on how clean and nice my trailer looked. now if I live there clean why would I leave it nasty. I hate when people take advantage of you.

Rented a house from them for a year. Throughout the year I put in 6 work orders for things to get fixed. Not a single one was completed in the whole year. 2700 square foot house and it only had one AC unit. I called numerous times because my upstairs wouldn’t get below 87 degrees. Extremely rude property manager. Could never get ahold of her for anything. Spoke with her broker and got nowhere. Only reason this place is in business is because of the military base. If they were somewhere where they had to work for their customers there is no way they could stay in business.

Worst experience I’ve had with Re Max. I’ve rented 2 houses from them. The first rental with Tonya was amazing. Absolute loved her. 100% would go back and rent from her again. However. The second rental I had, was with Kristi and was HORRIBLE! Anytime I had a problem she wouldn’t reply until a week later. Or until I bugged and bugged. I’d even have to contact her boss (George) a few times in order to get something taken care of. She has poor communication and is not professional. Will not be working with her again nor do I recommend working with her.

I scheduled a viewing of a home on 109 Mayhew Rd. Scott suggested we should meet the next day at 10 am . I agreed at the time and also informed him that I’ll be driving from Antioch Tn. ( about a hour and a half drive with Nashville traffic) called the office at 10:05am to see if he was available for the appointment, and all I got was his voicemail. I left him a message and haven’t heard back from him yet. I value everyone time and work ethics, but unfortunately I didn’t get the same respect from Remax . This the 1st and last time I’ ll call Remax again. Thanks for absolutely nothing ,and the 110mile round trip drive. Waste of my time and money.

My husband and I rented our home from remax for nearly two years. We always had a positive experience and never had issues. We were lucky enough to have George as our property manager and he was always kind and personable. Whenever I had anything break (which was maybe twice) he was always quick to fix and send us a vendor. We will definitely miss living there and are thankful for our positive experience!

Listen I’m overseas right now coming back to Tennessee. This team helped my family and I move into the exact home we wanted. So determined and hardworking. They keep us reassured during the whole process buying our first home. Couldn’t recommend anyone else to make the experience worthwhile than Megan and the team. They are pretty great!
