4 months agoFirst of all, my closing was pushed back 3 months which put me in a financial situation renting out an airbnb because I sold my house off the progress they were informing me. I moved into a Hughston Home in Grovetown, GA that was custom build with tons of issues. Moved into the house and still waiting on a dishwasher now for 6 months. Spoke with numerous of Hughston Homes staff members including the builders real estate agent Emmanuel Whitiker and nothing. Hughston homes are overpriced with low quality, don’t buy from this builder unless you want to be stressed out and constantly begging for simple things to be fixed that should be done when buying 450,000 homes. He was knowledgeable, patient, and great to work with.When we found a house and got an accepted offer, we were excited to close the deal. In the middle of all that, Michael had a stroke and was hospitalized. The man continued to represent our interests. Between hospitalization and rehab, Michael got the job done and never missed a beat. The Keller Williams team rallied behind him and supported him. He showed up to our closing walking triumphantly with the help of a cane, but he never gave up.

8 months agoHeather Pierce was very helpful up until we couldn’t get fully qualified. We were within our time frame to get our earnest money, however the sellers realtor (also a KW Realty agent) stated the owners would not sign when we were rightfully owed our money. Heather stated she would fight tooth and nail to get our money back. Radio silence. I will be looking again once we move to Alabama/Georgia area and make sure we stay away from Heather and KW Realty.a year agoWe used Mr. Johnnie Mason back in October 2021 to purchase our home and he was the most excellent realtor we could have ever been referred to. He made sure to put our needs and wants first and made sure to reassure us throughout the process. He answered any question he could and was on top of anything that we asked for. It was the most positive first home buying experience I think we could have ever had!
