My maintenance men are cool and they always come when needed. My property manager is very understanding and and respectful. This is my second year in this house. And I love it.4 months agoWhen i first started renting through pathfinder they were awesome and the lady before this Roxanne lady was awesome since Roxanne has took over i can care less for them i don’t plan to renew my lease. I usually pay my rent two months ahead or early or on time was never late until this year which is my second year with them i had a stroke and got pregnant and was out of work told them i was trying to get assistance to help me and once they got the pledges for the two churches Jasmine told me i wouldn’t get a late fee, end up getting a late fee anyway and i called talked to Roxanne and she was rude and says she can wave the fee one time altho i explained what her person said in her office.
