2 months agoLee and her partner Liz were exceptional in every aspect that you would expect a Realtor to be. They always gave an answer to all questions whether it was simple or hard. They gave great guidance on how to prepare our home for sale. During the sale process, they were always available quickly for questions / concerns. Our home sold very quickly and both seller and buyer were pleased. We HIGHLY recommend Lee and Townsend Realty.a month agoOur rating for Wanda is “Excellent”! Wanda was our Real-estate agent helping us (me and my wife) to find a home near, but not in, Lumberton, NC. We needed to first sell our property in Pennsylvania and a few days later close on a home in North Carolina. Wanda did two things very effectively: (1) She coordinated with our agent in PA to close on our new NC home 2 days after the sale of our PA home, and (2) she showed us a variety of homes meeting our criteria resulting in the purchase of our retirement dream home in NC. Thank you Wanda, Working with you was terrific! With warm Christian Love, Bill and Robin5 months agoI’m so happy my family and I chose a home with Townsend Realty! We were relocating from a different state and looking for a rental. We found an home managed by Townsend Real Estate. Our property manager Molly was absolutely amazing! She seamlessly assisted us with our move into the property and she assisted with our move out. She provided us with referrals for services and provided us with information on the area so we knew what was located around us. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Townsend Real Estate when looking to buy or rent!3 months agoStephanie Thompson is a true professional. We were moving here from another state and our realtor connected us with Stephanie. She was on top of every detail to ensure that we were able to find the right house and avoid a potential disaster. Thanks to her due diligence and connections with other realtors in the area we avoided buying a house that had termite damage that was not disclosed. And when we found the house for us she handled all the details so that we had a smooth process from start to finish. I highly recommend Stephanie!a month agoThis review is strictly due to the new property manager, Sandra Holland. I have never met such a dishonest, manipulative person, and a real estate business in my entire life. My disabled son was to rent a house from her and she held the keys and then told him that she didn’t care if he took the house or not because she had his deposit. He was to move in Friday morning, but when he went to the office, they said she had the keys on her. She agreed to meet him Saturday turned her cell phone off all weekend and then expected him to move in Monday after the movers weren’t able to make injury and had to reschedule the move, causing him over 800.00. My son sent her a message on Saturday after she did not show up for the meet and told her I’m retracting my deposit and I will not go forward on Tuesday. She contacted him and said you are paying rent on the house because you gave us a deposit and that bonds you to the lease she knowingly told her boss a lie as She was fully aware that my son retracted deposit after several attempts to get the keys and she did not show up.I Advise anyone to please avoid Sandra Holland she did not do the owners of the home any justice and they should definitely find a new property manager. She is a very negative asset to the Townsend family business.

4 weeks agoI have consistently experience the best residential support services of my life with soldiers first real estate. The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. I have also been with soldiers first real estate for almost 5 years and Mark and his Crew have never let me down finding me the best house on the market. I strongly recommend their properties. Your property management company can make or break your living experience and with soldiers first real estate, its all in the service. I couldn’t be happier.3 weeks agoMy wife and I have used Soldiers First Real Estate for both our homes and they have been nothing but excellent in both the care of our home while we rented, and the sale of both our homes. Respectful and prestige customer service. They always went above and beyond to not only meet our expectations, but exceed them every time. Highly recommend this company and Mark is an absolute professional of his trade.4 weeks agoI would like to thank you for your kindness and professionalism. Working with soldiers first real estate was a real treat! Very friendly and creative people. I would like to take this opportunity and wish you all the success in the future. Keep up the great work.4 months agoSoldiers First is my only choice and recommendation for all my property management and real estate needs. Currently they are managing properties for both myself and parents and they truly take care of us like we are part of their family. If you want trustworthy, honest and caring professionals to manage your property or to place you in a home, Soldiers first is the ONLY choice. Five stars all day!3 weeks agoHorrible customer service! I had an appointment with one of there agents but because of a family emergency I wasn’t able to make it . I called that morning but couldn’t leave a voicemail because it was full so I sent a email. When I was able to callback I did. The lady that answered the phone hung up on me twice. Smh emergency’s happen and if you can’t understand that as a rental company. That is bad business. Sometimes things happen soo you don’t have to make mistakes putting your trust in a company, because of course in the beginning they will be nice.

3 weeks agoTiffany Jones was amazing! It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. She explains everything in a way that is easy to understand which made the process of buying my home very easy. She always made me feel as if I was her most important client during such a difficult and at times, frustrating process. She is an excellent negotiator with a very personalized touch. She is honest and forthright. I can’t say enough good things about her knowledge and professionalism in finding the right house. She took the time and energy in researching the perfect balance. From day 1 to closing, Tiffany was on top of it! If you need an experienced Realtor, she is the one to see! Very professional, reliable, prompt, and courteous! I absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for someone to assist them in their real estate needs! Give her a call today! I promise, you won’t regret it.a month agoWe had Nan Fiebig as our realtor helping us buy a house. Nan is the best! She is very knowledgeable and communicative. She is always willing to go the extra mile for us and always does so with a smile. She made rhe house buying process so much less stressful and we couldn’t have done it without her!2 months agoI had no idea what I was getting into when I started my home buying process. Leslie and Kelly explained everything to me and never hesitated to answer my questions, as silly as some of them sounded. I’m a very impatient person and I feel like if I hadn’t worked with these two ladies, any other realtor could’ve showed me “lipstick on a pig” and I would’ve bought it. One thing about Leslie, she is not going to let you buy a piece of junk! I am so glad that I felt comfortable enough to put all of my trust into her knowledge and definitely learned a lot by watching her and seeing what she looked for. Thankful she never hesitated to say “This isn’t the one”, no matter if it was the 1st or 15th showing, instead of letting me make a decision I’d end up regretting. Leslie and Kelly definitely helped me achieve one of the biggest goals in my life and I am forever grateful. I did this to make a permanent foundation for my daughters, as we have been through a lot of trial and tribulation in life, so it was a lot deeper than just buying a house for me. 10/10 highly recommend!a month agoAs a retired 1SG in the US Army I can testify that Anna-Lisa is as professional and humble as they come. She worked tirelessly for several months to turn my house into a huge net profit for our family, which was critical for our children in college. After renting my house out for over 25 years it was severely broken down due mostly to neglect from renters which prohibited a positive cash flow to re-invest in the property. I needed someone with local knowledge that I could trust since I live several hours away and would not be able to manage repairs directly. She has a veteran that repairs properties in the Fayetteville area. This man is not cheap, however, you definitely get what you pay for! I ran into several snags and she was not phased, she just hunkered down and powered through. She does this while raising a family. I would highly recommend hiring her and I now know why AAIMS directs their rental owners towards her when they decide to sell. Thank you, Anna-Lisa, from the bottom of my heart.3 months agoTiffany Jones from Coldwell Banker Advantage is amazing. She was the only reason I am a proud homeowner now. Tiffany was extremely accommodating whenever I asked to see a house. We saw several homes, and sometimes I walked into a house, immediately hated it, and didn’t even want to look around. But Tiffany tolerated all of it and made me aware of things I could take away from each home, even if it weren’t the one. I learned much about the home-buying process, what to look for when buying a house, and the basics of home ownership. She went above and beyond to ensure I was prepared for home ownership.
