  The staff in the leasing office were very nice. Meghan was the person who showed us around and even though we did not qualify, she was still very nice and informed us on all of the details and told us to come back in the future. Community was very clean and comfortable!

  This is by far one of the best rental communities I have ever lived in! The staff is very kind and considerate and understanding! The apartments are beautiful and clean! Living here has been one of the best experiences for me and my boyfriend! The staff work very hard to keep this community in top shape! They are very accommodating in everything they do. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a beautiful spacious apartment with great amenities in a safe and quiet area to live in!   We’ve lived here since 2005. It’s quiet, and like its own little bubble community. The pool is active with friendly people during the summer, everyone is considerate and neighborly. I’ve loved living in the Birches. Diane is a kind and lovely grounds manager. Jeff is a knowledgeable, sometimes goofy, hands on man. He’ll make you smile. Out of the picks in Joliet, the Birches is the best overall.

  Kristen was amazing! If she wasn’t our agent, I don’t think we would have closed on our condo. She single handedly saved the deal.

  She answered all of our questions, if she didn’t respond to our questions immediately, we never waited longer than 10 minutes for an answer, and she has knowledge in every aspect of the business.

  She has amazing communication skills. The lawyer that I chose was terrible and she was able to keep the sellers side at bay. Somehow she kept them calm enough to not cancel the sale.

  Working with Kristen and her team was the least stressful part of the entire process.

  I highly recommend her to anyone who’s looking to buy a house.

  Recently for my fiancé, the time came to make one of those big life choices and he had decided to sell his home.
