When I relocated to the area in May 2018, my husband and I never really felt like we found our “home” until we bought our house in The Waters. Every neighborhood and community in the world has its ups and downs, but The Waters is full of kind-hearted neighbors who have welcomed us with open arms. I’ve also been blown away by the amount of giving and supporting that happens in the ‘hood… new fundraisers for local people and missions every day. I’ve never seen anything like it.a year agoThe Waters is a beautiful community. I have been there visiting several times and often thought I would love to live there if I was to move to Montgomery. I would definitely buy a house from realtor, Larry Smith. He seems to put so much time in helping his clients and making sure everything about buying a house goes well. One star, since zero is not an option. They send reports that include inspections that your home is in “good condition” while the tenants absolutely trash your property. As values in rents and properties have risen there’s been no effort to communicate or improve value, and when new tenants move in they “demand” new paint, new carpet, improvements, new fencing…after the place is already rented – so you are forced to eat the difference. Glad to be moving on from them. There have to be better options.
