9 months agoOh my goodness what a wonderful experience. My realtors made my house selling so easy. From the first call to the them until the final papers signed. They were so very helpful in listing my house, photographing it, to helping find a few repair people to fix minor items. Any questions I had were answered very fast and if they were with clients they got back to me asap. A big shout out to Bill Fleck for all he helped me with. Marie Schnabel with Long Realty was my realtor. I had worked with her before, when I bought my house in 2018. I was in another state and Marie was so helpful going to different properties and taking photos and videos for me until we found the right place! She made things so easy! So obviously when it came time for me to sell, she was my choice. Marie listed my home and it sold in 1 day – she walked me through everything and was in constant communication with me so I knew what was happening at all times – plus being SO helpful (she even brought me moving boxes) and lined up vendors for repairs that needed to be done.
