I’m a first time home-buyer and she did a great job of walking me through the process, helping me get an inspection, and finally closing on the house. Very easy to work with and must be lucky since I was able to purchase the first house I made an offer on.a year agoDO NOT rent a unit that is managed by Acropolis. They absolutely do not care about the buildings/tenants they manage and make no effort to keep the promises made in the lease, or keep units up to code.The city has been by twice in the past 6 months and has noted to management that our water heater is not up to code. Nothing has been done. Come summertime, our AC has not worked and has had a major leak (unit is in the ceiling). Our apartment has consistently stayed above 85 degrees. We’ve been trying to work with maintenance for TWO MONTHS and nothing has been done. We’ve sent pictures and video of the leak, asked for a timeline, and made multiple portal requests. No one has even looked at the unit.
Not to mention, we were promised the apartment would be professionally cleaned prior to our move-in date. It was absolutely filthy to the point where we discovered a bug infestation behind the fridge and cabinets.
We’ve had great experiences renting with other companies prior to this, and I fully regret deciding to sign a lease with this company.

We could always count on her to give us solid advice on making offers or what to look for in a property. When we lost out on houses we were interested in, Courtney was as disappointed as we were and kept finding us new potential homes. Her help went a long way toward keeping us from getting discouraged and giving up. And now that we’ve found our house and closed on it, she still takes time to check in and help us with the odds and ends of taking possession. By far, the best realtor and company I’ve ever worked with. We can’t recommend Courtney or Acropolis highly enough!
