If they didn’t have the answer, they would find it out for me very quickly. Shane would always be asking me, “what can I take off your plate” and he meant it!!! He was always happy and if I had concerns and issues (which there are always some in any project) he would take the time to address them and make sure it was resolved in a win-win fashion. My wife was a little unsure at the start since there is an upfront fee associated with their project management, however, it was worth every penny and more! He thought of things we didn’t know to think of, provided us with a very organized set of materials and finishes we could pick from, and overall completely transformed our practice. While every remodel or new build can be painful, they make it as painless as possible.
