3 months agoAs executor of my grandfather’s estate, it was not an easy task for me emotionally. I can’t say enough so far about working with Brendan. He has been kind and open. The photographer was very helpful and caught the best images. We have already gotten several showings listed and potential buyers. Thank you all for being so helpful, kind and not judgemental. I will definitely tell any of my friends needing a realtor to come see you all.in the last weekWe worked with Greg Clark while we were looking for a new home. He was wonderful! Very thorough, personable and always willing to go the extra mile for us. We wouldn’t hesitate to refer him to anyone looking for a new home. It’s sometimes difficult to find a realtor who’s not only responsive but will also look out for the client as well as he did and DOES! He truly went above and beyond for us. Thanks for being an absolute pleasure to work with!!!2 weeks agoI worked with John Mahar as my realtor and had a very positive experience. John was helpful, answered all my questions, and guided me through the process of buying my first home! John was honest and worked hard to find my house. I trusted his opinions and felt more comfortable and confident because of it. Once the offer was accepted, Tim Hurst from this office was also very helpful in working with me to secure a loan. Tim put in a lot of time making sure we were ready to close. John and Tim were both quick to hop onto a phone call and answer all my questions. I had a very positive experience working with Jim Shaffer and Associates and would recommend them highly!a week agoI worked with Colleen Dely as a first-time home buyer, and honestly I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She grasped very quickly the type of home my husband and I were looking for and found the ideal place for us within just a couple of weeks. She was incredibly responsive and supportive as we navigated the stressful process of making our first (and only, lucky as we are) offer on a house. Everyone else we interacted with at Jim Shaffer was beyond helpful and friendly as well!a week agoWill Robinson is a fantastic realtor. Such a good listener, and so patient with all my questions. We always looked forward to seeing him and getting his insight on each property. He found our perfect home in Detroit, with the right balance of updated utilities and original features. Amazed at how well he remembered personal details about us and kept track of everything little thing. A kind person who makes the process seamless!

in the last weekAmin realty has the worst customer service. I contacted few different agents regarding a property. One of the agent keeps saying I will call you back but that person never called me back. I didn’t even bother calling that person again. Than I called another agent and that person was very rude and didn’t want to answer any of my questions regarding the property and that person cancel the phone call. And then I contacted another agent regarding the same property. I sent an a text and a email and still no response back and it’s been over a months. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this company. Majority of the 5 stars reviews are fake.2 weeks ago!!!!!!!WARNING: DO NOT HIRE AMIN REALTY / FAHAD AHMED!!!!!!!!! ZERO STARSI’ve never experienced the level of unprofessionalism and incompetence that I did with Amin Realty and their agent, Fahad Ahmed.
Let’s start with the process. I’m selling my home that I invested thousands in rehabbing. I contacted multiple agents, including Fahad. Fahad confidently told me he could sell my home for a 3% commission if sold within Amin Realty. I told him in plain English MULTIPLE times that we will sell with him ONLY if he could get a deal done for 3% commission and signed the sellers agreement for 3%.
Immediately I felt sandbagged. The ‘no-pressure’ agent calls me the first day the home was listed and says he received a great offer. Was it great? I have no idea since he only held an open house for 3 hours for one day and fielded offers for less than one week. I was urged to decide immediately as Fahad claimed the buyers needed an answer before the day was over.. Any pushback on waiting for more offers was met with him decrying I was making a poor decision.
So I decided to sell. There was no communication on his part. I have no idea if he has too many clients to juggle, but he only called me when there was something to sign.
End result – I went to closing with no idea how much I was getting from the sale. I’m signing a ton of pages and realize later I am being charged with 6% commission and closing costs for THE BUYER.
I am furious- Fahad refuses to pick up my calls or respond to my messages for days..I speak with Fahad and never once does he apologize. He insists I knew it was 6%.) LIES I ask him, when did we ever discuss financials? He doesn’t answer and cannot come up with an excuse. I end up paying over 20,000 dollars in closing costs- Money I desperately needed is now being stolen right under me.
Please trust these bad reviews- they are the only ones not written my friends of the agency. In my opinion, go with a realtor with more experience and trustworthiness . Fahad lacks in both. Shame on Amin Realty for hiring and keeping this clown on their team. Dont let this kid fool you – for the amount of times he calls you “Brother” he should be considering a career as a scam artist.
5 months agoI have had the pleasure of working with several of the agents at Amin Realty. They have all shown time and time again that they have their client’s best interest in mind. Each of them works hard to see that their client gets the right house, they are professional knowledgeable and have integrity. I highly recommend Amin Realty to anyone buying or selling a home!4 months agoI worked with Mo on selling my house. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to close on my house extremely fast. From the offer, inspection, appraisal and closing happened within two weeks. I would recommend using Mo when you want to sell your house,3 months agoI rented a home. It was hectic. There was animals that died in the attic. I did not have access to. I informed the landlord of the problem. No one ever showed. It got so horrible I became sick and couldn’t even stay in my own home. They never took anything off my rent. Also the house burnt down because they allowed someone to squat downstairs (informed them what was happening) they never did anything. The squatters burned the house down. Due to the house burning down I did not have access to the lease. When I went to the location to get another they forged the document saying my deposit was non refundable and it was a couple thousand. They also still charged me for rent in full for that month without proration. When I asked about it they denied everything and was very rude. I do not recommend and if I could give negotiate stars I would.
