I paid for interior and extra cleaning 39.99 all they did was vacuum my floors. Did not clean my car at all and I never received the fragrance that came with the service. Complete trash and I want my money back. They literally did nothing. I knew it wasn’t going to be anything amazing just a vacuum little wipe down and get out of there. But I didn’t even check the backseat with the expectation that it would just be completely neglected. I went to the back seat when I got home to grab something and to my amazement the floor had not been vacuumed. And the back of the seats and not been wiped down. Just the other day had some little ones with Muddy feet of course putting them on the back of the seat. So I figured I’d bring it in for a wipe down and there’s no way they got in the back of this vehicle and did not see that there was a need to wipe the back of the seats and vacuum. I can’t believe I threw them a few dollars instinctively when I left. That’s probably the last time I’m going to Autobell on Frederick Boulevard.
Update…Came through again today. Still pretty like last night but at least they did a better job

I had to ask one of the attendants to clean out the interior door handles after it was done and they could’ve done a better job vacuuming the carpet in general as well. The main thing that resulted in a 2-star rating is that I paid for their most expensive service that included interior window cleaning and they didn’t even use window cleaner. They just used the same rag they were using to wipe down the interior surfaces on the windows and this caused them to be worse than they were when I got there. It was middle of the day so I didn’t notice the consequences of that until later in the afternoon/evening when the glare from the setting sun made the streaks apparent, otherwise I would’ve requested they “re”clean the windows. Haven’t driven at night yet but I’m willing to bet oncoming headlights will also cause issues. I have been going to Green Clean since they opened in the area. I went to this location since I was nearby. It is easy to find the car wash and everyone is so friendly. The new manager Matt went around and introduced himself and checked on everything. I like that this location has a little shop inside so I can get a towel or air freshener if I need to clean up the inside.By Sarah Albright (2 weeks ago)I visited Green Clean Express Auto Wash on George Washington Highway, Portsmouth, VA (Business name: Express Wash Holdco, LLC, Etna OH 43068) and purchased the $12 wash on Sun, Jun 4th, 2023. While in the wash, I heard a few snaps and saw the brushes moved both of my side view mirrors. Upon exiting the wash, I followed the exit sign into the Ollies Parking Lot, got out to do a walk around, and noticed the wash damaged the passenger headlight of my vehicle. I took photos immediately, while in the Ollies Parking Lot. Being that it was on a Sunday evening, I went back up there to speak to a manager. Jason Medina, the manager stated if you drive off, they will deny your claim automatically because the damage could have occurred after I pulled off from the car wash. Jason also stated that you are not allowed to attempt to repair the damages or take it in for an estimate until they have made a decision on the claim, which will be 72 hours. I informed Jason Medina that I took photos that are dated and time stamped, but he ignored me and said he needed to take his own photos. My photos were to show I entered the wash approx 4:25pm and took photos at 4:30pm on the same day.
72 hours later, I received a call saying they denied my claim since I left the premises without informing anyone. I reminded Jason that I told him I had photos that were dated and time stamped, then he said he “will try to go to bat for me” as if they always get away with not being held accountable for damages to people’s vehicles.
I filed a BBB Complaint against this company and submitted the photos, along with a screenshot of the date and time taken. I received a response saying that they do not accept outside photographs as part of their claim process, to ensure no outside influences impact the claim. Express Wash Holdco, LLC stated they stand behind their team’s review and decision and have denied any responsibility of the damages.
I keep up with my car and am very particular about any scratches, dents, or damages anywhere. I did not see a sign posted anywhere that states all of this up front, prior to entering their wash. I would not recommend anyone using any of Green Clean Express Wash, or Express Wash Holdco locations, because apparently, they have had 73 complaints in the last three years. I went to get my SUV washed on Sunday afternoon and purchased the $12 wash. When I got home I noticed it looked like a asked my 7 year old to wash the car. The car looked like the brushes missed about half the car. You could see the dirty and clean spots from the brushes. I regularly wax my car and there was no mud or anything on the car, just normal driving in the rain dirt. I’ve never experienced this from the car wash in Harbor View. I feel like I wasted $12.
Today the car wash was down but the staff was so friendly they put me into the laser wash. Thank you So much Erica! 😃 She has Great customer service and she had a smile on her face the whole time she helped me! Great staff here thank you!”
The carwash does a really good job getting your vehicle clean. But if they damage your vehicle like they did mine the will not fix it. They will claim it was already like that before you go in. “Edit”Green clen is a joke your response is a lie. I reported it immediately and never heard a thing back until I kept pursuing the matter. Then they told me the machine didn’t damage my vehicle and told me they wouldn’t pay. Funny the part was attached to my vehicle before I went in and the manager had to go inside and pick up the part before someone else ran over it.
I love this place but I would love it more if they supplied towels free and sprays like others placed. AAAassnd alllllll of my car got wash… There’s always one or two spots that just never get cleaned.
Went thru the $12 wash I have visible dirt still on windshield, side of vehicle on both sides, & as I was using the vaccum the suction piece popped off which was taped on.
