Myself and other customers moved our cars to others and they were the same. They should have either posted a sign or let customers know when they check us in. When I asked why they didn’t, I was told by the girl working that they didn’t close the vacuum area bcuz it upsets customers….even though they aren’t working.
Another issue that is occurring more often is that the line to check in is very slow cuz someone in front is buying something or talking to employee. I love both of the locations here in Vacaville! Lance was such a great help in making sure I got everything I needed to clean out my car after having tons of friends and kiddos in my car! Such a great worker and super friendly. I’m a talker and he was defiantly a part of the conversation today!
Awesome location! Great service always. Stephanie is the best, always has a huge smile on her face and is very welcoming. Friendly service. Car wash does what I need for my car and I love the access to the vacuums after.
Claudia is such an amazing rep with Quick Quack in the Leisure Town Rd. She’s so friendly and very professional. She would always go out of her way to help me with my request. It’s definitely a wonderful experience going to the car wash when you are warmly received by Claudia.
I like going to Quick Quack car wash. The staff are very friendly, and the quality of the wash itself is really good. My review would be a 5 star, but as of late, I noticed that the vacuum area isn’t as good as it was before. The pressure isn’t as good as it was a month ago. I’m not sure if they turned down the pressure, but I hope they improve it.
Madison was great. Such a nice experience because of her and the lady guiding me into the carwash. Plus I got a free air freshener for the review!
