I am pleased to share my experience staying at the Access RV Park in Port Arthur, Texas. During my stay, I found the RV park to be exceptional in terms of its amenities and customer service. The staff was very helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay for guests.
The park itself is immaculate and well-maintained, providing a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The gated access provides a sense of security and privacy, adding to the overall pleasant experience. The location of the park is another plus point, as it is situated in close proximity to a number of good stores, all of which are within a 5-mile radius.
However, it is worth noting that there are a few minor drawbacks to the park. There is a $50 fee charged for third-party companies that enter the park and an additional fee to order packages. Additionally, there is a 3% fee charged for credit card transactions, and the laundry and dryer are comparatively expensive when compared to other places I have visited.
Despite these minor issues, I found Access RV Park to be an excellent spot to stay while visiting the area or working nearby. To further improve the guest experience, it would be great if the park could provide laundry essentials such as soap or snacks. Also, providing personal trash bins for guests to carry to the main trash would be a nice addition.
I would highly recommend Access RV Park for those seeking a comfortable and secure place to stay in Port Arthur, Texas. Please see the attached drone shot photos that depict the beautiful surroundings of the park.
Access RV is our new home away from home! We have been here at Access for almost a year now and we love it! We are here for work and someone mentioned this place and we are so glad. They keep it clean and well maintained. If you ever have a problem they are available 24/7. The people here are so awesome! This is truly the place you want to be.
When we arrived, a staff member was there to help and greet us. They have a very friendly staff. We quickly discovered our kitchen faucet had a leak and Access helped us get in touch with someone to repair it. Since we could not turn on our water for a day until it was fixed, we used the bathhouse, which was very close and very clean and well maintained. We had a great stay for a week and will use Access RV Park again.
Stayed here for a month and it’s a Great place to stay. Perfect location,fair prices and by far the quietest place I’ve ever stayed. Melinda was great to deal with on the phone and Gary was always there if you needed something. See you all next time.
We’ve been using Access RV Park for about 15 years plus. From our very first stay to our stay just yesterday, the quality of care and service still remains the same. The warm and courteous staff and ease of making reservations is what draws us back. Access RV Park is a well kept and well appointed park: pool, washers dryers, pet areas, cabins if needed and gated. Whether it’s day or night you are able to rest peacefully. We appreciate all the do for folks.
