2 weeks agoOrdered curbside but had to head inside anyway. Order came out quick but was incomplete. The server didn’t wait as I called our, and once inside still had a hard time getting assistance. Once I did, still had to wait for other orders to get the rest of the meal. I still love the fries and a Coke!a month agoThe customer service was pretty good, except they could ask if you want anything else included such as salt. They could offer dipping alternatives for French fries, such as ranch or another sauce, for people who have food allergies, such as tomatoes. All foods should have a list of what ingredients are in them, especially condiments, like the “special sauce.” The staff should know what the ingredients are in things like the “Special Sauce,” as well as the other sauces, if the ingredients are not listed on the sauce packets, or the sauce doesn’t come in a package, only on menu items, such as the “Big Mac.” The restrooms need to be available during business hours, when the dining room is open for people, paying and non-paying. The lobby has convenient hours. A time limit is understandable, but 30 minutes is not an adequate amount of time for most customers, especially those with children, and those who like to be able to take time to relax and enjoy their meal. No one wants to, or likes to, be rushed through their meal. Please consider adding more time to the dining room meal time limit, considering the ridiculously extreme increase in the menu prices. Considering the menu prices are consistently becoming more overpriced for the quality, McDonald’s isn’t the go to place for value or quality, and with as much as the food items cost, the restaurants rush customers through their meals, it’s next to impossible to get the staff to open the bathroom door for paying customers and absolutely impossible for non-paying and paid customers, without the receipt, even when the staff did not provide a receipt to the customer, due to register printer issues. There are often times, at many McDonald’s, not only in the State I am currently in, but in other States I have been to, a language barrier between English speaking customers and Non-English speaking staff members. Encourage English as a Second Language lessons, or some alternative to these staff members to bridge the language barrier.

2 months agoMy kids favorite indoor play place… nicely air-conditioned and spacious with table seating in the play place area for families to eat and parents to relax while kids play. Also there is a motorized vehicle-free connection to this McDonald’s from the Rock Island Trail bike path which makes it perfect for a kids bike ride with an ice cream and air-conditioned rest place in the middle! 🚵 🚴♂️ 🚴♀️ 🚵♂️a month agoNo longer fast food. I went to the drive thru, and ordered two meals. When I got to the window, they pulled me around and then only gave me one of the meals, looked at the receipt, and they only charged me for one. Back to the drive thru, ordered the missing meal. They pulled me around yet again. Total time spent? 36 minutes, mostly waiting in the pull-around spots that allow them to game their average drive-thru time. Just look at this frozen raspberry Fanta? You’re proud of this?I hate that McDonald’s as a corporation has fallen so far from what they used to be. There is no longer any joy here. It’s dark and depressing. in the last weekHonestly this is the ONLY location that hasn’t let me down ONCE. My only complaint is too much salt on the burgers. I’m usually not one to complain about salt but this was salty and it’s been getting worse as I frequent this location. Aside from that, my food is always hot especially the fries. Relatively fast service, it’s just all the prices have gone up and they’ve changed the menu that it’s hard to find what you’re looking for. Seemed to be pretty clean and empty when I went there. Food was hot. Not bad for unhealthy fast food! I ordered a fish sandwich and a burger and fries.2 months agoI love this location. Every employee is nice and respectful and even the managers are so friendly. They are very professional. My favorite thing is that they warm up my cookies instead of giving them cold. So sweet! Mobile order is GOATED so is the app. Insane deals.

Very crowded during lunchtime with the drive thru wrapping around the building. There was barely any parking left. A nice interior and clean. The employees were nice enough. We were a little worried when the customers in front of us ordered 20 cheeseburgers. Despite that though we got our order very quickly. They called our number and we picked it up. The problem is that the order was almost completely wrong and we didn’t realize it until after we had driven away. Yes, I should have checked the bag and trusting it was right was partially on me. Unfortunately with kiddos it caused major issues for lunch. I’d be willing to give them another chance, but maybe when they’re not as busy so they have a better chance at service us the correct order contents.
Great McDonald’s and fresh food only complaint is avoid the drive thru at all costs in evening and late night, always 30 to 40 minute wait with both lines always rapping all the way around the building, been at this window 20 minutes before someone finally came to it to ask “what was my order” then the employees let non employees in to eat and play around while ignoring that they have customers at the window,late night needs new staffed immediately this is ridiculous, no employees in sight that long should be alarming to management.
These people suck ! Ordered my food as a mobile order & they gave my order to someone else and made me wait because they had other people to give orders to , mind you mine has already been paid for and given to someone else . Couldn’t even give me a full container of fries WHAT A JOKE
Everytime we go through the drive thru at this location after 10pm the order is always wrong, the food quality is horrible, and the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced ever…. We have called almost every time and we are told to come back, when we come back through the line the “manager” is so condescending and refuses to make the order right. Tonight was the last straw I called because the cheeseburgers that were ordered no onion, no pickle and it again told them it was because there is an allergy to onions. As well the Frozen Blue raspberry Fanta I was handed was not frozen but instead it was a soupy mess.
So I called and was told to come back, I was not given a receipt when we came through which I told the person I was speaking with and they said no problem. So we came back went through the drive thru and once again the night “manager” would not replace the items in question. He obviously remembered us because he referred to several weeks back (when we had the same issue) and with an sneer told us to basically get lost, it is like he gets off on being rude to customers he actually looked like he was enjoying himself. The fact that he is allowed to act like he does in deplorable, I feel for the team members who have to work for such a sadistic individual.
I came here for breakfast this morning, Barely awake and hungry. I pull up to the menu and the kid says how can I help you? I start trying to order as soon as I say hotcakes he immediately says without hesitation anything else OK pull forward. I literally didn’t even have a chance to say what I wanted next, and had to yell at the window to get them to complete the rest of the what I wanted to order. After every single item, I said he immediately responded anything else anything else Without any hesitation. I understand that you have a lot of people to serve, but that was the rudest thing that’s ever happened to me. He changed my order like three times. My order was very simple to never have I had anyone in the past be this rude to me. McDonald’s if you’re reading this do you need to go talk to the management of this store. Please and thank you.
