5 months agoI was stocking up my pantry today and the cashier was annoyed. She said 5 different times how much do you have?? Then she would grunt and swear. I told her I live a distance away and am stocking up.. she said I guess you are.. I found her very rude! What’s it to her how much I spent!! Btw I spent 60.00a year agoHusband review Absolutely horrible Manager a “survivor” who couldn’t manage a paper bag i do not recommend waterville dollar tree for toilet paper or anything else. The people that hangout around there are dangerous. Stay away from dollar tree in waterville maine.3 years agoIt’s a great place to save money on buying your kid a cheap and plastic toy. But remember, everything is a dollar…so that what your gonna get. These wont be items that will last you over 6 months. They usually have a tendency to break. But..I mean, it’s a dollar. And as far as customer service goes. They dont get in your way and they are helpful when you need them.3 years agoThey have a variety of things. We always enjoy shopping here. I do think they could do a better job trying to help with the fight against spreading Covid-19. I’d like it if they cleaned the carts between uses.a year agoGreat store. 4 months agoLove to go here and browse the aisles when I have no kids with me so I can check out what they have new for the week. They have a lot of interesting things that are very useful and I don’t have to spend a ridiculous amount on. I noticed there are more workers and the store is much more organized than in the past, but I think that has to do with the person that is in charge now. Always something interesting to find and bye and you can’t go wrong with the cards for All occasions that they sell at an awesome price. Give it a try!2 years agoAlways well stocked and a great selection. Wish they had a fridge/ freezer isle!! The only issue I have with the store is that the lines get very long sometimes with almost 10 people, but this is true for every discount store and Something I’m willing to deal with!!!!7 months agoThe manager whos from NY is very nice guy. Always greets me when come in the store. I didn’t see him my last visit I hope he’s still working there. Love this dollar tree bc it is better organized then the 1 in Auburn. It’s more open and not small and crammed and a mess. There’s a bigger variety of items at this dollar tree. I always find great stuff for holidays. My cats love the toys I find here when they are in stock. This dollar tree is also better stocked then the Auburn store. At both locations the workers are very kind and sweet friendly. I love the Dollar tree! I think also they should ay music in the store..I don’t recall music at the other dollar tree or this one and I always enjoy music when shopping!a year agoFor Dollar Tree, this store is pretty good. Ample parking available at this location. They don’t have a fridge/frozen section like I have seen in some. But, they keep this store tidy. And it’s big inside, with plenty of space in the aisles. The products are well-organized, and you just never know what new things they may have. I got some name brand cake mixes, they have 1 liter bottles of name brand soda, cute decor items, lots of crafts stuff, and you can’t beat them for party supplies. I also got magnetic chip clips, which was a 6 pack. At regular department stores, I priced them at $4. It’s a good place to get plastic food storage and plastic baskets and trays for organizing your home. They also had a lot of fun outdoors toys for kids like water balloons, squirt guns, etc. I think this is also a good place to get glassware.Dollar Tree did raise their prices to $1.25 recently, which may not seem like a lot, but it is a 25% increase. I hope they are using the increased prices to pay the employees more.
5 months agoStaff and manager of the Lisbon street, Lewiston Store are very rude and disrespectful. I will no longer be shopping at my, long time, favorite dollar store. I wish them luck…

Everything is a dollar! They have better deals here than at the goodwill. Great for party supplies. Definitely worth checking out. Staff is friendly and it is a clean store. Since everything is a dollar, when it comes to food, make sure you to check out the sizes. For example, you can buy Pringles for a dollar here but the container is about 1/4 smaller.
I enjoy shopping at this store. There are so many everyday items that can be purchased here. Party items, wrapping paper, gift bags, cards and bows are all here..and cost less than other department stores. They always have seasonal items. Plenty of health and beauty items. Many items for stocking stuffers.

Bring cash with you when you shop here and avoid using your debit card. Got charged twice at this store .. the first time around the rude cashier said card was declined and I swiped it again and then as I was leaving my card app notified me that i got charged twice and I notified the manager right there and then and she was extremely rude especially when I had solid proof on my phone and I was also on the phone with bank teller stating that it was charged twice.. so bring cash and it will save you a headache. Also please hire friendlier cashiers. I observed them being rude to the customers after me in line
No matter what it is that I’m in search of, I always find great bargains at Dollar Tree.
They always have a nice selection of dishware, some of which features seasonal motifs.
The microfiber cloths I purchased months ago (car department) are holding up well and are a much better quality than one would expect in a deep discount store.
I can say the same about the stainless steel kitchen knives I purchased and was surprised to learn that they were only $1 ! They’re easy to clean, sturdy, and after months of use are still as sharp as they were when brand new. Perfect for camping, vacation homes, and everyday home use.
This store has a wonderful craft section too.
