3 months agoFries were not it. They tasted like they were fried put in the refrigerator and put back out to fry. The after taste was disgusting. I also found a hair on my tray. I don’t know what it came with, but it made me lose my appetite.a month agoI’ve been to a lot of McD’s in a lot of places, but I must say that hands down this is one of my faves. Lots of table space (inside and outside), friendly staff, but what won me over is not only they have outlets to charge my phone 👏👍🏆👑 And the music?! I’ve definitely made it one of my main hangouts!a month agoI’m not trying to be a Karen but I’m going to be only because I think it was intentional. I came in on Saturday, August 27 around 2:30 PM. I ordered the number seven meal large and in a 20 piece McNugget. We get our food and I forgot to ask for a cup of ice and needed to get sauce, so I parked and went back in and when I did, I was greeted by a young girl with one second which turned to 10 minutes. I was the only one in the store when I stood there and waited for a simple cup of ice and a sauce, but unfortunately the girl with the disproportionally large head; who I think was trying to wear a pony tail but looked more like a strung tight man-bun at best, never came back. So I grabbed a small cup, and (1) sauce packet over the counter, given nobody paid attention to the counter, and did so in front of the security guard, and was on my way.Here’s the second half to this; we get situated at home, I open the bag, we are missing 1 cheeseburger from the number 7 meal and our fries were cold and it wasn’t even a large, it was barely a medium given it was only filled half way.
I’ve called twice and have had no answer even though it rings 25 times and says that the mailbox is full. Again, I don’t know what their beef was, or if they just pay little to no attention to their order/customer.
I get working at a fast food restaurant may be challenging for some and mistakes happen but I expect it to be at-least fast. Not stand in front of the counter and wait for Easter Egg Island to return so I could ask a question.
in the last weekHorrible location, the city should fine this place!! Heroin needles are coating the bathrooms and dining areas. Homless urine stench everywhere. Rude non verbal staff. They are microwaving old food in here. I know when you made my food an hour and microwaved it. The cheese is 100% ruined and the bread turns to rubber. a week agoBest McDonald’s location that I’ve eaten at in a while. The food was hot and fresh and didn’t take long. There is no public drink machine though, they fill your drinks for you which I thought was odd. They have a parking lot that can accommodate semis which is amazing to see. The staff inside this restaurant really know how to run a place. 10/10 would recommend to any professional driver looking for somewhere to eat and use the restroom.in the last weekThe food is fast food, not good for you, taste good though. 7/31/22-If you want service by a human you won’t get it. They force you at this location to order from the kiosk. If you need to make a special order you can’t do it here since their employees avoid interacting with people and ignore people that stand at the register. They don’t have the large menu and you can’t get your own drinks. They also don’t fill the drinks up all the way. Go elsewhere and avoid this place.
I’m disappointed, to say the least. I do not go out to eat often, but seeing as this is the closest location to my house, when I do get to come out, I’m always parked and have to wait over 10 minutes for my food. All I ordered this time was 2 happy meals and a quarter pound deluxe meal… which, in my opinion, shouldn’t have been a wait. When they told me to park, there were 4 to 5 other cars parked as well. So, of course, my quick McDonald’s run turned into a 30 minute trip.
I ordered the classic cheese burger pack that came with two medium fries, two cheeseburgers and a 20 piece chicken nugget I also ordered two double cheese burgers and a extra regular cheese burger but when the bag came I only had two double cheese burgers, two medium fries and the 20 piece I am missing my 3 cheese burgers this is very disappointing. I’ve called the store immediately after getting my bag 23 times and they answered two of my calls, didn’t say anything and hung up while I repeatedly greeted them and tried to tell them I was missing food from my order. Don’t order DoorDash from Peoria McDonald’s you’ll be cheated out of your money
Overall, I gave this location a 3 out of 5. I’ve visited this location before, but most recently, I went and ordered some chicken nuggets and a Quarter-Pounder with cheese. This burger was by far the most disappointing burgers I’ve had from this location. If you look at the video and photo, you can very much notice that this burger wasn’t made with love.
The burger was cold and tasted like it just came out of a refrigerator. The bun was so stiff and at its lowest quality. Please, McDonald’s at this location, accommodate me for my time and money.
Service was still exceptionally well. I never got a chance to go back and pick up my replacement order, but I will be soon. I haven’t always gotten food of this quality here at this location. I caught them on a bad day. ( Secret food reviewer?) 😎

I would like you to know I am a considered TOP DASHER . I actually got an award for the whole month: I CAN DASH ANYTIME, ANYWHERE FOR THE WHOLE MONTH OF OCTOBER! 👍 I WOULD ALSO LIKE YOU TO KNOW MY DAUGHTER IS 15. SHE WAKES UP EARLY M- F FOR 🏫 SCHOOL…. NOT TO MENTION GOES TO ” HER” MCDONALD’S AND GETS HER LG FATTENING DRINK, WITH ALL EXTRA STUFF, LOL. ALSO TAKING 2 COLLEGE CLASSES, GREAT KID. 😊
We live about 15 minutes away from the store. It is off Peoria and I/70. We live @ 56th and Tower road. My Daughter LOVES YOUR FRIES/ MCDONALD’S 🍟 FRIES. My Daughter likes to use her card; She says she gets points on her card. She feels so grown up. She is my youngest child. Last year JAYDIN had a STARBUCKS CARD. I talked her into MCDONALD’S 👍😉🍟. SO THIS YEAR SHE HAS A MCDONALD’S CARD. 10$ A DAY EVERY DAY SHE GOES TO SCHOOL. Her friend goes too now. 😊👍👍
So I wait in the car, with $10 in my gas tank. My phone is @ 3%. I waited in the car, I just sat there … in car…. for about 15-17 minutes. Can’t use phone, can’t listen to music…So you already know those minutes ; felt like forever. Lol.
We leave , just about to get on the highway; JAYDIN was like “OMG THERE A HAIR IN MY FRIES, NO, NO. Mommy, what should we
do? Can we take them back.? ” I was already flipping around. I said, “this time we are going through drive- thru.”
She said okay. Thank you.
We got to DRIVE- THRU, I waited for the car to the left of me…until theyfinished ordering. Too tired to go in, I didn’t want to put you on BLAST. So I kinda whispered, with my hands cupped around my mouth, I said ” so we had just ordered a Large FF and 2 Hot n spicy chicken sandwiches. And there is ….a hair in the ff.” He said
” What size?” I said “a large.” He said ” Pull up to the window. I was like cool. I was also teaching my daughter how you get needs met. I just communicate. ..get your receipt ready, I pulled up to the 1st window.
He never opened it and actually gave a slight look and continues taking on headset, doing something with the cash register… So I just pull up to #2 window. A few seconds she opens the window, and says ” THE LG FF RIGHT?” I said ” YES, IT IS.” She turns around couple more seconds and says ” OKAY LG. FF ”
and continues to turn around window closed and I was like what? Okay I was a little confused. I had not left the window yet. I was kinda surprised and baffled @ why would they handle a customer who is being very nice, courteous, and respectful. I knew you/McDonald’s would take care of us. Nope, not @ this place.
So I tapped on the window I say “Uh, is it cool if you could offer us 3 sodas… – she just stared @me. Her expression was like she was so busy w/orders, and we were gonna wait. I really did not know why she was having us park.? Ok. I think maybe AROUND, SIGHS AND SAYS ” I WILL HAVE TO ASK YOU TO PULL UP TO THE MOBILE PICKUP ?” I say ” okay”. She says “#4″. We pulled in and parked. Jaydin LG FF looked like 1/2 order. I was like, WOW! I apologize and say, ” I do not want to really piss them off. Why though am I feeling and say SORRY? We waited 10, lady comes w/ 4 differ cars orders. I said excuse me, She said yes, walking towards the car, I say ” we r waiting for 3 sodas” she interrupts says “oh yeah, we are getting yours. Wait 10 more min, I finally go in. Go to the front tap on counter , ” excuse me” Mngr comes, I whisper … She asked “what was the order, me: ” 2 coke no ice, 1 sprite no ice. I wait, she returned w/an employee, he says ” Mam, we already took it to your car. I said “well I just walked in the same door she used,..okay, thank you.” Went out to my car, the employee was finishing the mobile cars, we were last. I say, wow . Driving out, then Jaydin says, they never listened to us, all sodas had ice.
