in the last weekI bought breakfast today for myself and my friend. I ordered and paid on the app, then picked it up at the counter. Strange thing the hash browns tasted like the grease was old. You know that sharp feeling you get in your throat when grease is old..? Well it’s prolly like a day or so over due time to drain the vats and put new vegetable oil in. One other time, I ordered two muffins with egg cheese and ham and there was no ham on either one. Hey manager. You gotta make sure all crew members stay on top of their game. That’s your responsibility.2 months agoI visit this McDonald’s pretty regularly, and not once have I had to wait more than 5 minutes in the line. They’re fast, the food is always fresh, and maybe twice they’ve made a mistake, but nothing disastrous—remove a topping and it’s good to go!I’ve had it delivered several times as well! Same exact experience and care.
Every month or so, I encounter an employee who isn’t the best, but they’re always clearly new and their mistakes aren’t a problem per se, they just don’t have a rhythm yet.
Overall, very good experience! Recommend this particular location highly!

Other McDonald’s definitely need to model themselves after this one. I went today on 6401 camp Bowie Fort Worth area was a nightmare.

Unacceptable amount of fries in one of the happy meals. Not to mention how cold they were along with the rest of our food. Do better. Quit serving cold, old shallow filled fries. Hello, that’s what we come to McDonald’s for is fresh delicious fries. You failed this time.
Everything was good. The time tested good, craving fulfillment of the one and only Big Mac. Only one thing, the best tasting French fries in the world were a slight bit stale. Not cold but they tasted like they were in the warmer past the time limit. I understand food costs. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry as a cook since 1984. If you’ve got to recycle fries past the timer instead of discarding them (as it should be) you are dropping (cooking) too many at one time. I was disappointed because McDonald’s fries are one of the main menu attractions. When they are stale, no they aren’t the best tasting French fries in the world.
I’ve been to several MCDONALD’S, and this has to be the best location I’ve ever visited. The staff are always sweet and hard working. And the atmosphere is just peaceful. It’s just nice to witness when I know that it’s not common place today.
I placed order for curbside but needed to make a change to the order and was greeted and helped immediately. Everything was great!
I usually have a great experience at this location. However, tonight at the drive thru, I had a petit mal seizure in my vehicle that stalled my ability to drive up by a few minutes. When I pulled up the window server just rolled her eyes and muttered “finally” as if I couldn’t hear her. Note that it hadn’t yet hit me that I’d had a small seizure, and I was still very out of it. Otherwise I would have explained myself. Do better.
