5 months agoVisited on a weekday evening. The order was served quickly and no hassles. Opted for dine-in and it wasn’t crowded. Had spicy McCrispy chicken burger and hot&spicy McChicken burger 🍔 combo with fries and coke! It all tasted nice and fresh! The Oreo shamrock McFlry was good too!3 months agoLately the food has been coming out luke warm. They can’t get simple directions correct. Heavy set young lady who works the second drive through window is clueless with any questions as simple as “can I have an extra packet of mustard”8 months agoTwo McDoubles with no cheese… 😣 you had one job! I usually will double check my order prior to leaving, however the wrapper was in the “hamburger” position and labeled with no cheese (see pics). So, I drove off happily thinking all was well. Get back to work and open up my lunch which I assumed were ready to be chowed! NOPE!!! Cheese. Cheese. CHEESE!!! Much to my dismay my hamburgers were in fact cheeseburgers in disguise. My belly and cheese do not get along well. So I scrapped off what I could. Applied plenty of salt and lots of pepper and muddled it into me because my body needed nourishment. Oh well. Quarter pounder made with a regular burger patty no where near a quarter pound, but they gave me 1/4 lb of cheese. When I asked about the patty they said that’s the right patty….I don’t agree. Maybe they made it this way because I used my points to get a free menu item. Only positive is at least I got fresh fries. Consumer beware if you’re ordering a quarter pounder.a week agoThe whole shift is literally only focused on drive thru as I waited for 10 mins just for 1 person to look at me and say wait ima guess that it’s short staff or some but I hope they get it together the place looks brand new it’s clean food was good but if they had more people it would probably run alot smoother

2 weeks agoThe line took a long time. When we got to the window they didn’t have our order that they had taken at the drive through box. Then they gave us the wrong food. At least the food was warm that’s where the second start came from.4 weeks agoI’m lucky I got my food made half right. They seemed very rude and uncaring about their customers. As I walked in another coworker I’m guessing who was off handed all the girls Dutch bros. So I guess that was more important than making food correctly and taking care of their customers. On top of that they had a line that wrapped around the building for drive through.a month agoOrdered 2 kids mcnugget meals. No apples. With sweet and sour and ranch dipping sauces. Got apples anyway. No dipping sauces. No napkins. Guess we are lucky we actually got the food.2 months agoSo I pulled in at 8: 21a.m and thought man this parking lots full went through the drive-thru and now I know why. The two gentlemen that help me couldn’t have been nicer friendlier and respectful this is a great run McDonald’sa year agoWent thru drive thru, I was asked multiple times by worker taking the money & did the girl working the food window. Correct on both accounts, however the Workers handing out the food need to learn to look in the bag before handing out. Ordered five items and got 3. That was at least two orders wrong..I suppose I’m at fault too for not checking, but I was expecting her to be competent.
Don’t usually visit this location & probably won’t return.

This is what I got at about 5:00 p.m. today. Mold and some kind of body hair. When you call the store number you get a busy line. This has happened more than once and after this I’m done with fast food. People are disgusting. When you get to the store wether it’s the curbside pickup the drive-thru or you go inside, you can tell just by looking at their faces that most of them don’t care about their job duties anyway. I thought the pandemic would make restaurants and businesses practice cleaner operations but I guess not. When I see stuff like this it tells me a lot about the place. You can tell hands aren’t being washed hair nets aren’t being used and they’re probably just dropping things on the floor and picking it right up and serving it to its customers. Yeah I’m done.
We have had problems with this location but today was incredible! We met a man who brought our food to us in the drive through spot. He was nice, kind , funny and did his job amazingly. I hope to see him more he is awesome! We need more people like him! We didn’t get his name but he was slender, blonde hair blue eyes ans had a hat. I wish we could thank him for making our day!
The 5 stars is for David I feel like he went above and beyond for me. The other employees had messed up my order 3 times and David fixed it with no issues he apologized. He needs a raise those are types of employees the world needs. McDonald’s you got yourself a great employee y’all should feel lucky to have him
Random stop off the interstate. Went through the drive-thru. It was evening time, but they kept the line moving quickly, and they got everything about my special order just right. The area was clean, the service was quick and professional (not one of those friendly and chatty type window staff, but smiling and polite) and the order was right. That’s about all you can ask from an off-the-interstate McDonald’s drive-thru, so 5 stars for this stop.
Absolutely hate that this is the closest McDonald’s to me. They’re customer service is a joke. They act like your interrupting them if you dare to go in and order at the counter. I tried today to use a five dollar bill for a coffee and it had literally just the edge ripped and the old lady there refused to take it saying the bank doesn’t accept them. That’s literally stupid as it’s legal tender and way more than 51% of the bill was there. Way more. I go there all the time and always have problems with the service or straight up wrong orders. Absolutely cannot stand this McDonald’s. Avoid unless you like being treated like a bother.
