4 months agoJust left the drive thru I know I took a while because I had to separate orders but this is not fair when people spend money here and it took a while for the payment to go thru on my friends card but I had told the drive thru cashier if we can get fresh fry’s and this is what I get you guys thoses are most definitely not fresh Frys and all because they don’t feel like dropping some or takes about 2 mit with 30 seconds I myself used to work at McDonald’s and I never treated anybody differently I went from cashier to crew trainer to manager this is not okay so sad McDonald’s DO BETTER2 months agoWorse place to go for McDonald’s, I literally said multiple times light mayo & EXTRA pickles on both hot n spicy’s but got no light mayo and said large fries and medium fries and ONLY GOT MEDIUM didn’t get charged for large though, don’t care I asked for extra pickles got none, large fries got none, light mayo? Nope doesn’t exist.a year agoI ordered a double fish sandwich. It was cooked to perfection however the way time to prepare this sandwich is a lot longer than expected. The sandwich was not properly assembled and they used a lot of tartar sauce which makes it very slippery. The Van was tender moist and hot. I could tell it was not old bread.2 weeks agoI love this place Chris is one of the best managers I’ve met, he works mornings. usually, I stop in for breakfast. sometimes lines are long however it is worth the wait for good service thank you to all of their team.4 weeks agoBasically all McDonald’s are awful now. We were parked as soon as we paid and waited in the spot for 10 minutes. All of the designated parking spots were taken up by others also waiting for food. Probably about 5 or 6 cars next to us waiting. The food is overpriced for what it is, and the wait times are all awful. A chain that brought cheap fast food to so many of us our whole lives needs to reform. It’s just not good anymore

a week agoI was there to do doordash but I for sure will never go to that McDonald’s as a customer. It was about 8:30 pm when I was there, the drive thru was so busy and since I went to the dining room I saw the employees in a circle talking and mot doing nothing else they saw me an it took them a few minutes to got to the front to see if I need it help, one girl was sitting where the to go orders are bag her hair was down and her hair was so long the reach the end of her back which was touching the counter she was sitting at. She went and ask me about the order with her hair down and while she was bagging food she decided to put her hair up, she was touching the food while messing with her hair and she never wash her hands.2 weeks agoSLOW. Slowest McDonalds I’ve ever been to. It seems like the automation of everything has left them swamped. I waited over 45 minutes for a mobile order that they couldn’t seem to find. I went inside after waiting so long and they finally brought the order out. I will say that the staff they have is 5 stars. Everyone working there was super friendly and helpful. Love That- they deserve a raise for how well they maintain friendly and helpful service in the chaos. but if you’re looking for fast food this isn’t itin the last weekThis place sucks we bought drinks and the sign plainly stated one refill per customer per cup per visit! But just because the women thought we were homeless she refused us our refill ! This is a bad move on their behalf bc of her judgement. Making herself look bad to the homeless and the honest paying customers that aren’t corporate office should be notified and the issue brought to the light and dealt with!in the last weekI did curb side got there waited 15 minutes, then they say thanks for your order, never got it and went inside and they were playing around and said be right with you .the kept playing around. Finally got food and food was cold.i really hate cold McDonald’s fries. If they dont want to work they should be fired.10 months agoUsually wait about 10 minutes to get to the speaker at this place. Even though they have a double drive-through, they usually shut the one side down after about 8:00 or 9:00. Usually somebody between the speaker box and the window begging for money. I’ve tried going inside for faster service a couple of times, because the line was all the way out to 35th avenue, but that ended up in a 25-minute wait time. You would think with how busy this location is, they would staff it a little bit better. Fortunately I’ve never had a negative food experience here, so that’s definitely what’s saving this place.Update: I wrote this review while I was approaching the drive thru. I didn’t leave the second window until 28 minutes later! I had one guy come up and ask me for money twice. About 20 minutes apart. I’m done coming here after sundown 🤣

Everytime we have been to this location of McDonald’s we always get bad service. Rude workers. Customer service is a loss cause. My husband talked to the manager 2 times. We honestly believe the management do not care as well. It’s not like we’re trying to get people fired, but at least talk to your co-workers to your staff about how to give good customer service. At least fake the funk. So we no longer will go to this McDonald’s.
This McDonald’s probably needs new management they are so unorganized. The leadership I just witnessed wasn’t leadership at all instead of coming to help their employee at the front she was cackling in the back and ignoring customers. There’s no way a mobile order should show its ready for pickup if it isn’t even prepared yet. Hopefully the managers can get more customer service training
Not impressed with the people at drive-thru the evening of my visit.. had to repeat order four times before it was correct.. either had the only two people at the drive-thru working that night or speed of service that seemed highly attainable with basic effort at this location
Like several of these reviews, I ordered around 5 meals with fries and the fries were COLD, they almost didn’t give you frozen ones. It doesn’t make sense for them to take so long with your food if its doesn’t gonna be warm. We ask for sauces, no sauces and they mistake my cheeseburger meal, and the staff in general doesn’t seem to care or seem annoyed when you ask the for stuff such as straws or napkins that they are supposed to give you with your order.
Order my food in the drive-thru only to get just my fries had to wait 25 minutes to get the rest of my order and when I got my burgers were cold from the waiting I went back inside to get fresh Hot burgers felt like they just warmed the same burgers I gave them gave back to me! I will not be going back to McDonald’s!!!!! Plus half of the staff was hanging outside in the park a lot with garbage all over the sidewalk. One was smoking her hookah walking to the bus stop with another coworker with his headset on his head to the bus stop! The owner of this McDonald’s establishment needs to see how his employee’s customer service and the quality of food that is given to paying customers.
