a month agoCame for my school break and received the worst food ever even after I expressed in the beginning how I wanted everything fresh. The heavy set guy kinda just brushed my request off and I was served this instead. The first time I hit my fry and it was cold and stale tasted like cold grease, so I returned them politely and asked for fresh fries. Then I sit down to bite my sandwich and the results were no better nothing was fresh, none of the ingredients and the cheese you could tell was old. Very disappointed.a week agoVery clean and nice! Robert helped us and multiple customers at once. We are very grateful to have met such a wonderful team who made our experience great! We will be coming back for some more deals as we got 2 burgers for 3.99 😀2 months agoIt’s always great going to a comic book convention the best in the world San Diego Comic Conin the last weekI usually DoorDash from this McDonald’s but tonight me and a friend decided to drive over there. Someone was being VERY rude to the staff through the drive-through window and we were a little upset over that. A minute or two later when it was our turn we were greeted with amazing service by Rowena! She is so funny and so fantastic her customer service and her staff were amazing! I usually don’t leave reviews, it’s very rare..but being in the service industry myself, great service is always super appreciated and I love to give credit where it’s due! Thank you Rowena you and your staff are fantastic! Xoxo3 months agoI don’t think I’ve been in a McDonald’s in 5 or 6 years, but I was walking by and wanted to grab a drink. What a wonderful location. The staff were so friendly, the order was fast and accurate, and the manager checked in on every single customer. They really did a great job here.

a month agoI asked this guys about number 7 regular combo + double cheeseburger and trying to use my app deal + 1 chocolate shake. But they can’t do it and after tell me have a good one. Lady who was unprofessional and disrespectful with me she sad what she’s manager there. Its terrible what people like that working in MCDONALD’S. I find in 🍟 peace of black hair. I added pictures.6 months agoI have made several complaints to different managers at this location. The restrooms are always nasty. I wouldn’t allow my child to use the bathrooms here the baby changer is dirt it has not been cleaned. I have notice staff do not wash their hands or wear gloves. I have watched a manage come in the bathroom and leave without washing their hands. Please hire clean employees and keep the bathrooms clean. To make an excuse it’s because of certain people is disappointing.4 months agoI mostly dondrive-thru. I have had to go inside to “go” and its clean. Some days it can feel dicey outside because it’s in the middle of a huge homeless population. Heath and Human Services is not far away. I usually order in the app…prices are higher here than one by my house. No complaints tho..3 weeks agoEnticed to come here on National Cheeseburger Day. Overall very satisfied except for the fact that the app wouldn’t proceed without me agreeing to constant geolocation and other privacy infusions. Probably helpful to locate me in case I get stabbed at this location. Also didn’t let me get my food under 10 minutes. It’s fast food that doesn’t make sense

Dont get large fries here! They will only fill it up half way… i mean look at the picture, are you serious! I paid $5 to get half full fries… and the burgers were all smashed up… mcdonalds you really need to do better!
The food was fresh there was some mix up with my order though. I ordered a McDouble plain I did get one but also a second one which I didn’t order that had ketchup and onions on it.
I ordered a 6 piece chicken nuggets, they were deliciously fresh, but I was asked which dipping sauce I wanted, I confirmed Ranch, they put it on the receipt, even, but I didn’t get any.
I also ordered a small fry no salt, perfectly done, exactly as I ordered. Would have liked some ranch to dip them in, though.
I didn’t order a drink, I was given a Coca Cola (that was a nice surprise to get a complimentary drink) But, they didn’t give me a straw to drink it with!
I used the drive through and was trying to make my way home from work.
Kind of impossible to drive and even if parked, have to put everything else down in order to peel a lid back in order to be able to take a drink…
They didn’t skimp on napkins, though, which was much appreciated as I am a messy eater!! Kudos on that!
All the employees were friendly and service was pretty quick even though they had me pull into a priority space and brought out my order from inside.
I do appreciate that this location is 24 hours because there are not many options open in that area when I get off work!

Horrible! I had to wait 25 minutes after arrival to pick up an order I made ahead of time. Plus they got the order wrong.
It was McDonald’s at the border and late at night. My expectations were set accordingly, but the dude working the register was super helpful and the order came quickly.
