We’ve used her multiple times. We did purchase the recommended trip insurance with cash back option Teri recommended. While we never used it before, we needed it this time. Due to an accident on the way to the airport, we never made it to the charter. That was a Sunday. On Monday morning, Teri took care of everything and we are now awaiting our refund. We went to the Chicago O’Hare airport instead of Ford to save money on tickets but made up the difference with hotel and gas fees, along with headaches and traffic nightmares. She also booked my tickets for the WRONG DAY and I almost didn’t find out in time (saw the mistake 2 weeks before departure). I would have noticed sooner but I put my trust in the agent to do her job right the first time. We got no apology for the mistake and it was an incredibly stressful first flight for me. We had a fantastic experience working with Jennifer. She planned a beautiful trip for us. She took care of every detail from private drivers from the airport to our resort down to specific services and upgrades at our resort. We didn’t have to worry about a thing and were able to just enjoy our vacation. We will definitely go to her to plan our next big vacation.
Breton travel is amazing to work with, especially Jennifer Conway. I had never bee on an all inclusive trip and she made our experience easy, affordable, and memorable. We booked with Jen for my sons senior spring break. This was at the tail end of Covid and traveling was a little stressful. Not with Conway! My daughter will be a senior this year and we will be booking with her and Breton Travel again. Can’t wait!
Jennifer at Breton Travel was amazing! She listened to everything we were looking for in a resort for our honeymoon, and she found the perfect place for us. She went above and beyond to make every aspect of our travel easy and stress-free so that we could just relax and enjoy! My experience with Breton Travel while planning a group vacation to Sandals was extremely disappointing. Despite their assurance to work on my itinerary and stay in touch, it has been three weeks of complete silence. I’ve tried calling and leaving messages, but they have not responded at all. I strongly advise against using Breton Travel due to their lack of communication and unprofessionalism. Look elsewhere for a reliable travel agency that actually values its customers.
