The very first time I went here I’m assuming the manager or owner came over and said the first month was $7.99 and every month after it would be $29.99 which would’ve been the least expensive in town for the best wash offered. I enter the wash and midway through everything shut down and I was stuck in the wash for about four minutes. The black plastic spinning wheel kept turning on but my vehicle was not moving so I ended up making marks on my mirror. I also have a lot of soap left on my vehicle because they ended up just pushing the rollers out to get me out of there. So I had to go back around and get it re-washed. Not gonna lie I was a little hesitant to go back in after getting stuck in there. So after the experience I decided to give them a second try, I have a tiny bit of snow on the back of a truck bed the first car wash is just spray off. Not this older gentleman with a very bad attitude. He left snow on the truck cover and all it did is fill up with soap wax and whatever else they wash the vehicles with. I went back around after pushing off some of it and he was refusing to let me go back through, even though their sign says if you’re not happy they will rewash your vehicle. Keep in mind I have all kinds of soap wax and whatever dripping off the sides of my truck he told me to come back tomorrow. After refusing to leave with all this mess on my truck he was very reluctantly let me go back through. At this point I was 🤯Furious!!!! However I did give them a third chance and everything went fine that time. I can’t say that I would recommend this place but they do have a lot of potential if they ever clean up the parking lot where you vacuum and get someone that actually cares about drying your vehicle. There’s always tons of water left on it right off. Pulled up and an employee came out to assist/ask what I was looking for. Told him a basic wash with an underbody flush, said underbody flushes don’t start until $11 so I went with that. Than he just hit the button and went back in the office, spray/bug prep anything. Get out a mile later and I’ve got bugs all over my grill, dirt run down from every crevice because they didn’t bother to spray, even flakes of who knows what that easily come off with a fingernail (attached video) but not from a superior car wash? Noticed scratches on my hood and other areas of my brand new Jeep, took to manager Nik today for him to look at, was told that “his “ car wash did NOT put scratches on my Jeep. His car wash no one gets scratches period ! Basically called me a liar! Did not offer anything to help with my situation. Honestly wish I could give it no stars, so does my husband since I’ve been complaining about it since I got home. Showed up this morning, paid $32 plus another $8 for mats and 40 minutes of my time….terrible job. Honestly, very disappointed and upset. Didn’t vacuum under seats, parts of floor not vacuumed in back, windows streaky, mud drips on my exterior back hatch, door jams not wiped down (which is stated to be included), cup holders not wiped out, dust on everything, the back trunk area (I have an suv) was not vacuumed or wiped out. I could go on but instead I’ll leave some pictures. I even came with a completely emptied out car so they didn’t have to worry about moving stuff or things being in their way. This will be the last time. Waste of money AND time.
**I am now home to CLEAN my car, the back mats that I paid to have washed are in fact bone dry. So I was also overcharged for services. It’s only an extra $4 for the back mats but it’s the principle.
It was my first time here, I was driving home from work and my car needed a wash bad. For $9 plus a tip, she got clean and towel dried. I don’t like the spray wax and every other package had it, so the express wash was what I chose. It was perfect for my needs. I definitely saw cars getting much more detailed cleaning, and the prices for those services were shockingly low as well. Everyone seemed to know what they were doing. They were working well together and were friendly and professional. If they had a membership for the express package, I’d buy it. I understand why they don’t offer a membership for the cheapest wash they offer, but I’ll definitely be back!
Full disclosure. My car was DIRTY! Having mentioned that, i purchased their most expensive, all inclusive car wash (the works). I expected that they would get my exterior clean and the interior passable. When I got home i took a clean dry cloth and spent 5 minutes and you can see by the attached photos i finished there job for them. I gave them 3 stars because of my prior experiences with them so i will give them another shot
They did a Great job inside and out. It cost a bit more than I had planned but I also tipped extremely well for the outstanding service received. I would definitely recommend Mr. C’s Carwash!
Mr. C’s suppose to be the best in the area. However, there hasn’t been one time where I didn’t have to ask somebody to clean something on the outside or wash something again on the inside. They never have dried off the top of my runningboards. $33 for Bill’s Best, Bill you can do better than this!!
