I live in the area and I used to come here all the time. The last time I came and I had bugs in front of my cara that weren’t removed. I spoke with the guy, and with attitude, they sent the car back for recleaning. Car was still dirty after second wash and they told me there was nothing they could do. Today I went again to give it another try and still the same. The car wasn’t clean, I guess the people that did the vacuum didn’t care to pick a piece of paper that was left inside the car door. The bugs still sticked in the front bumper, I guess they are part of the car now. Not planning in going back. Not worth the total I payed + tip.
I have a sedan, paid for the interior deep clean ($75) + the $35 (hand wash) for exterior clean — all amounting to $110.
Satisfied with interior clean of seats and such, but trunk was untouched (along with the inside grooves of it where usually leaves, etc get stuck)
On the outside, even though I paid extra to have it hand-washed, it looks like they just went through the drive-thru and gave it a quick wipe down as there was still flecks of debris in some places. (So after the car wash, I had to go home… and rinse my car)
Also, I took a picture of the gas before I left, just to see if I would be surprised… dropped it off at 282mi, picked it up and it had 270mi…. (What happened here?)
There’s also a scratch/black line mark on my car that wasn’t there before. I’d know, my car is white, it’s not hard to spot. Skinny, but about 2in in length. Which honestly wouldn’t bother me as much… but again, I paid to have it hand washed to avoid those little things.
Also. I tipped. $20. Which I deeply regret as I had to catch an appointment and didn’t do a thorough due diligence before I left… but that tip was undeserved.
All in all if I only paid for the cheapest cleaning, I wouldn’t even have cared much, but the fact that I didn’t—plus payed extra to have it hand-washed and even tipped—is what is truly upsetting.
I brought my Mustang into this Mint Eco to get the paint fixed because my paint was so scratched and chipped and swirled and just all messed up. I got it paint corrected, clay barred, compounded, waxed, and washed and it came out beautifully. I also got the interior done, cleaned, vacuumed, extracted, and polished and that also came out super nice. It looks like brand new paint and I literally could not be happier. I am so happy I brought it here and I wouldn’t take it anywhere else but here. Michael the Detailing Manager and Danilo are the 2 employees who worked on it. They deserve more than 5 stars on this, if you need any detail work or paint work, come to these 2 guys at this Mint Eco and you’ll be more than happy with how it came out. Just excellent work and customer service overall, 10/10. Would come back any day 100%. Just beautiful to be completely honest.
Came in for a shampoo, was not expecting much. Mike and his crew did an amazing job, surprised me how clean they were able to get them. Will definitely be coming back, great service, great work, and a great price.
Shout out to Mainor, management should take a look at him, he’s the reason you’re getting this 5 star review, otherwise it would have been a 1 star review. I got the coupon in the mail saying free $22 value car wash, I get here and go through the wash but there was no soap nothing just water, aha the good ol bait and switch technique to bring customers to your business? Interesting whatever it didn’t cost me nothing I was in need of a wash. The staff all super friendly, and here. After the wash you get free vacuums and they even wipe your car down for free or full service I went to the free vacuums. And this staff comes over and offers me towels and window cleaner. Amazing service. Someone else came over to ask if I was offered that. He comes back and ask me to leave a review and I told him I just got a wash with no soap nothing just water on the car. And he offered to fix the problem. Truly an amazing person, a great look for your company! Shout out to him.
