- Reviews:We ordered complete packing and loading of our 4 bedroom house. The communication phase went well and the packing team did quality work on the first day, however they did not finish the job (ran out of boxes) and overcharged us relative to the original estimate. They promised that the loading team will finish the packing next morning, took pictures to pass onto that loading team. We were assured by the manager as well that the loading team would finish packing before they start loading. That’s where the problem started. The loading team had no idea about packing, and did not care to do it properly. Moreover from the start they were just grabbing whatever was on their way and carrying to the track. We had 2 wooden boxes and one carton box – loaded EMPTY on the truck!!! They placed our queen box-spring the way it was without collapsing it – so it took 3 times more space! Two boxes marked as “moving blankets” they loaded instead of unpacking the blankets and using for wrapping furniture. We had to argue with them to take them back and unpack. They followed with furniture items that we said were low priority and to be loaded at the end or to be left entirely. They didn’t pause until the track was nearly full. It is only then that they suggested to us that everything might not fit and that we had to prioritize – something what their estimate manager who came 2 months earlier to review our house should have said! And that – taking into account that we booked a truck 20% larger than the volume predicted by that manager. At that point they still assured us that the smaller items such as paintings are trivial to fit in at any time and that they will pack them last (they promised twice that paintings will fit). I also personally requested that before the truck is full they stop and we choose the critical items that still have to be loaded – they said “Yes” and in an hour they come saying that the truck is full and they are closing it. They left behind half of our dining table, several glass shelves from the hutch, all of our mirrors and paintings, precious to us, all the bikes, all tools and a huge box in the middle of the kitchen that the previous crew packed for us – not to mention tons of other important smaller items. We feel that the crew should have assessed the size of the truck, they should not have been in such a rush. They should have taken the little time to discuss our priorities before they filled it almost to the brim. That time to review the situation would have been well spent. At the end they were so much in a rush that they essentially ran away from us and forgot their own bag with tools, leaving glass items on the floor unprotected and all the doors propped-open. From our perspective – their work was a disaster. And a followup – they left behind a pack of unused blankets yet half of the furniture they did not wrap! And it got damaged – drawers broken, handles broken and lost, scratches on a beautiful wood! And they loaded the truck so badly that only by miracle the unloading team was able to open the truck without spilling the contents over the road. So of course the move date kept changing, and I really appreciated how flexible they were with that. On the day of the move we had Eric, Nick, Julian and Martin. They were very personable, professional and super hard working. It ended up being a 12 hour day, requiring two trips with the 30 foot truck but they never complained and just cheerfully kept on going. This was the fourth move that we had done or supported in just over two years and this crew was by far the best. There was some damage to a few items but Eric reported that to us immediately, was very apologetic and told me how to contact the company. I have not yet heard back from them but it’s only been a few days and given their track record I am not too concerned. It was easy to schedule and everything was well communicated. Our movers were Elijah, Matt and Dominic. These guys were very efficient and careful wrapping and moving our furniture. Matt was especially the star of the show! I appreciate all their efforts and hard work. If I move again, I will use these guys again and recommend to anyone I know that’s moving. Wonderful job guys!By Nicole Runels (2 months ago)The absolute worst experience I’ve had with a moving company. Ever. I would recommend avoiding at all costs. They left trash in my home, broke a couple outlets and said nothing, then dropped my couch from the second floor, damaging it (one of the legs is crooked, and the fabric underneath came unattached), failing to fully re-assemble it (again, said nothing), and then promised to send a reupholster service to fix the torn fabric on the couch but never followed through. This company lied to me over and over, and for all the trouble only took a meager 15 mins off the total bill. It was a nightmare. Look elsewhere. Update 2/7/2023: After posting this review, they got in contact with me to repair the couch that was damaged. While it did take several calls, voice messages, and a couple weeks of waiting, they did make good on their promise to make things right. And to their credit, they also offered to repair the outlet, but I declined because it was already repaired and cost less than five dollars to fix. While I do wish they’d been more proactive and responsive during this process, I appreciate the follow through. Honestly! They’re amazing! Josh, Joe, and Tyler were fantastic! Amazing move! They worked so hard! They packed for us, broke the bed down. Reassembled it for us, and even put the furniture where it was supposed to go! Thanks guys!
We had such an incredible experience with our move. Blake, Javier, Juan, and Victor were prompt, professional, efficient, and kind. This was our first time hiring movers and the team made sure we were feeling great about everything. All of our belongings made it to our new location in perfect condition–much better than if we had done it ourselves. Can’t recommend this service enough, we’ll be hiring them again for our next move!
The All My Sons moving company is amazing!! From preparing for the move over the phone to the actual day of the move, everything was so smooth and stress-free. Every employee we interacted with throughout the entire process was kind and reassuring! Andrew Wilson, Mark, and John were very efficient, while still exercising lots of caution to make sure my belongings were safe. I would recommend this company to anyone and look forward to using them again for my next move!

We have moved several times in the past few years and this year we hired All My Sons. They were slightly more than other movers, but they were worth it! Louis and his team were amazing! I would give 10 stars if I could! Not only did they work quickly to pack our stuff and move us, they took extra care to cover floors, carpets, doors and railings in both homes. They were so kind and helpful and by far the best moving experience we’ve had! We will absolutely use them again if we need to move. I highly recommend them and ask for Louis if you can!
