I was Iffy about calling for the first time ever, but Hakim came over, took a look, explained in detail what was the issue and told me what he was going to do… Was professional, took time to explain the process and any questions and finished off w follow up cleaning solutions to maintain the drain optimal … Now that’s service…! Cleaning 100 years of drain accumulation.
This review is in reference to RN49210A. Had a main drain clog. House is over 100 years old.That is a lot of accumulation. The workers were very professional and knowledgeable. They knew exactly what to do and they did it quickly. Had great pleasure watching the sludge and grime among other things wash away on their camera. The men were very friendly and weren’t annoyed with me with my many questions. Second time that we Used your company and both times the results were excetional.

The plumber did not inform me of the price prior to starting. He fixed the issue and then gave me an astronomical price. He stated he was going to be kind and give me a discount. I’m not sure how the he came up with the cost for repairs.
Scam artists!! The staff who schedules the appointments are so lovely and you can get someone out same day. However, the techs don’t show up when they say they will and didn’t resolve the issue! Our washer dryer drain line was clogged and the tech came and pushed the clog further down the line causing a clog in my shower when the washer dryer was run. We didn’t realize it right away but did call them back as soon as we could. It should have been covered under warranty but Roto Rooter charged me a second time claiming that it was a different line.
I have used rotor rooter in the past several times. My tech (Andres #967) has performed above and beyond simply unclogging my sink. Great service and well informed me of options I may take in the future.
