Throughout the process it was one fiasco after the next. Names spelled wrong, calling me 3 times in a row to get someone else’s date of birth, rooms booked incorrectly. It was a mess. We make the final payment and then get room assignments. DO NOT MAKE THIS MISTAKE! My husband and I are on the first deck – we’ve tried calling Carnival and AAA and because there’s nothing left higher it’ll be $900 to move up one floor through AAA or $600 through Carnival. If we cancel and rebook through Carnival we lose $300. When we called to work this out AAA acted like they couldn’t understand why we were so frustrated. Never again will I agree to book anything through AAA with a group – I’ll do myself a favor and book myself. I’d leave zero stars if I could. He was super informative and fun! They worked with us on rescheduling due to all the rain storms that came thru on the day we had originally booked. Spanish Key 309 was super clean, tastes fully decorated and wonderful view. Would definitely stay in this 3br/3ba again.
I love this place but still in bad shape. I have not been inside the center itself. But still in need of repairs on the side walk and railing. I like taking my dog and to fish.
The lady that greeted me was fantastic. Very friendly with a lot of information about Pensacola.
Of you’re new to Pensacola, this should be one of your first stops. Not only are there lots of brochures but the staff is anxious to help you with ANY questions. Maps, lodging, dining, fun things to do and see. You can get info on all of this and more.
It was renovated and looks wonderful. Coming home from a bike trip, and needed a break. Stopped there and was impressed!
