The price to move my 756 sq. foot apartment to a 956 sq. foot apartment 45 minutes away was very reasonable. Three gentleman were sent to move me. First thing they did was shake my hand and smiled while introducing themselves. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!! Caused almost 4,000 dollars in damages broke my 86 inch tv caused pixel damage on my other tv completely snapped my dining chair the list goes on and they offer to pay no more then 200 dollars out for damages absolute con artist of a company STAY AWAY !! Double charged me for what I was quoted the guys would just stand around at times or sit in the truck to milk the clock and every dime they can get out of you
My husband & I hired All My Sons Moving in July 2022 for a move schedule for Oct 2022, we went with this particular company because they advertise they are Licensed & Bonded. Also because of the rating they received. Well if I could give them a ZERO STAR I would. Everything they told us at the time of estimate was FALSE. They do not have experienced movers all but 2 of the movers who showed up had just started that week. They broke over $20,000 dollars worth of my items then came back and said we never opted for the full coverage insurance. Which was never an option given to us. We had a nice estimate to $9600 why would we not take the full coverage insurance. I would not recommend this company to anyone the customer service was fantastic leading up to the move and now they are completely ignorant every time I call. This was and extremely expensive move and not worth half of what I paid. So if you’re looking for a moving company go somewhere else.
My husband and I hired All My Sons moving company for a move going from Columbus to Boston in August, 2022. The process started out smoothly- with very friendly sales reps and quick response times. The estimate was about ~$10,000 for a 3-bedroom house. However, come moving day this company was a complete and utter disaster. It started out on the day of the move- one hour went by and no moving company. After taking it upon ourselves to call the company there was an issue with getting a driver and they were trying to secure someone else. Approximately 4 hours after we were supposed to be starting our move, a moving crew finally showed up. We were estimated a 2-3 hour time window to move our belongings into a truck- this whole process took 5-6 hours. By the time we supposed to be almost in Boston we just starting our move- forcing us to have to pay for a hotel room in for the night. We lived in an apartment so when everything was being moved out of the apartment, the movers ensured us that they were wrapping and boxing our furniture at the truck. Come to find out this was a complete lie- please reference the attached photos. We were told that the move would take overnight so we would receive our stuff the next day. Once we arrived in Boston we waited for our stuff at the apartment and nothing showed up. After calling the company multiple times we finally got through and apparently there was an issue with getting gas (?!) and it would be another night. Another hotel room and again we are waiting at our apartment with no stuff. We called the company again and apparently some other issue cropped up. Another hotel room, another night. The next day we are contacted by All My Sons (this is the first time they actually called us) and we find out the moving crew has quit- they left the truck and all of our stuff on the side of a highway in Connecticut. The police were involved and they towed the truck to a secure location until another crew would arrive to pick up the truck and bring us our stuff. Needless to say, this is completely unacceptable- but we didn’t have another option. Another two nights spent in a hotel and finally the truck arrived. Nothing was packed appropriately (again please reference the pictures) and pretty much every piece of furniture was damaged in some capacity during the move (equating to about $10,000 worth of damages). They sent only two movers down to move us into a 3 bedroom house- the whole process took about 8 hours, in 90 degree weather- we felt so bad for these movers we were actually helping with the move. These two gentlemen were actually the only positive experience we had with this company- as they continuously apologized with the state of our stuff. The manager had the audacity to ask us to pay an additional amount outside of deposit for the move, of which we refused. We did pay for the insurance and naturally submitted a claim for all of our damaged furniture. We heard crickets for months- despite countless emails and phone calls. It wasn’t until our lawyer got in touch with the company that we finally got a response (3-4 months after the move). They refused to give us the full amount of what our belongings were worth- they thought ~$2,500 was sufficient which is about the cost of our damaged peloton alone. We thought about suing this company but because of their location in Texas this was going to be more hassle than its ultimately worth- which is why I’m assuming this company gets away with as much as they do. We just received a check from this company last week 8 months after our move. Management from this company has been absolutely appalling with terrible customer service and communication. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. We have moved many times and this was the worst move of our lives. If you respect your belongings as well as your sanity pick another moving company!
Corey Vaughn, Jakaar and Q were the three men who did my move. They were great start to finish. They called me when they were on their way, and showed up right when they said they would. They were friendly and professional and fast and efficient and safe with my belongings.
And the cost with All My Sons was far less than two other quotes that I had gotten. They even finished up a half hour early, and the company said they are going to refund me for that half hour.

We hired All My Sons for our move in May 2023. The movers that came were great and did an excellent job. Dealing with their office managers was less than pleasant. Was promised a refund in less than a week after our move (due to prepaying for a time amount and it then took less time for the move), then never received it. Had to call and email multiple times with no help from them at all. My file had been given to Bianca Garcia for review. She called and listened to the whole story. She was very understanding and made the situation right for us. I’m glad they have employees like her to look over issues, if they should arise.
